For humanists who seek to improve conditions for as many as possible there must be a sliding scale. Otherwise nothing could improve at all. So in that case, since hell is the worst possible set of circumstances imaginable, no deterioration of conditions is possible there.
In which case, a humanist could claim, all that can happen in hell is for things to improve. A static condition (no change taking place) would be another possibility but if no change is taking place then nothing can be said to be "happening" according to their model.
IF the worst possible set of circumstances can only change for the better or remain static (if things could deteriorate they would not be the worst possible) and
IF the arrival of several millions Czechs is a change
THEN their arrival can only make living in hell better.
God does not use humanist logic. Just as well. If He did then conditions in Heaven could never do anything except deteriorate and the Creator of the universe does
not become frayed at the edges.
