WARNING! Protect Your Children From Librarians! -
11-26-2006, 02:53 PM
We call them "Lezbertarians" and we never underestimate their ability to influence children. You know your child is in trouble when your local library's shelves are stocked with books about homosexuality and witchcraft, but not a single Bible. And lately, it seems like these Pubic Libraries have become porn downloading depots to boot!
Perhaps we might come up with a few ideas on how to better protect our children from lezbertarians??? Thanks, CONCERNED MOTHER GLENDORA

Mother Glynndie, I am happy to be able to state that I have never trusted these "women" due to their propensities to wear those "cat's eye" eyeglasses. Why, every Christian knows that cats are nothing but Wicked and Evil!
These Hussies often add insult to the injury by wearing those such as the above pair, Shamelessly bejeweled as well as were several of the Harlots in Bible Stories. And here in these End Times, I shudder to state that I would not be surprised to see one of these Sinful, "Book"-reading Whores of Babylon (and Islip and West Hemstead) prancing around their LIE-berries wearing a pair like this:
("Hey, Baby, don't you think it's time to...?")
SweetBabyJesusInHisMangy - I can say no more!!!

I have never understood how anyone can consider that a legitimate job. A female standing around stamping books full of pornography and satanic lies is bound to cause trouble. They should be home baking pies or waiting on their husbands. The trouble is, they are all lezbeans who hate men and want to destroy normal family life.
Bottom line: the only book a True Christian needs is the Holy KJV 1611 Bible. If we follow that guideline, we can close down the libraries and turn them into Churches. Praise Jesus!
Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:
Hypocrites (Matthew 24:51), The Unforgiving (Mark 11:26), Homosexuals (Romans 1:26, 27), Fornicators (Romans 1:29), The Wicked (Romans 1:29), The Covetous (Romans 1:29), The Malicious (Romans 1:29), The Envious (Romans 1:29), Murderers (Romans 1:29), The Deceitful (Romans 1:29), Backbiters (Romans 1:30), Haters of God (Romans 1:30), The Despiteful (Romans 1:30), The Proud (Romans 1:30), Boasters (Romans 1:30), Inventors of evil (Romans 1:30), Disobedient to parents (Romans 1:30), Covenant breakers (Romans 1:31), The Unmerciful (Romans 1:31), The Implacable (Romans 1:31), The Unrighteous (1Corinthians 6:9), Idolaters (1Corinthians 6:9), Adulterers (1Corinthians 6:9), The Effeminate (1Corinthians 6:9), Thieves (1Corinthians 6:10), Drunkards (1Corinthians 6:10), Reviler (1Corinthians 6:10), Extortioners (1Corinthians 6:10), The Fearful (Revelation 21:8), The Unbelieving (Revelation 21:8), The Abominable (Revelation 21:8), Whoremongers (Revelation 21:8), Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8), All Liars (Revelation 21:8)

Sweet Sister Sue, thank you for this very valuable advice. I rarely put my soul at risk by entering a public library, so I had forgotten about those glasses. And I seem to recall seeing a gal in cat eyes driving a Volvo right through Freehold . . . I imagine she gets Christmas cards from Martina Navratilova. Sorry I can't write more now, but I have to add the #1 favorite gift for lezbertarians to our banned toys list. FRANTIC GLENDORA

As if there was any doubt whatsoever that libaries are "manned" by lezbertines, THIS is proof positive.

What sets the Holy KJV 1611 Bible apart from translations in more modern day english?

Then if you want personally inspired literature, then why dont you read the origional greek, or the origional aramaic? THe KJV as well as ALL Translations in print today are not the same bible. To get a bible that is free of the sexist and racist bias of the monarchs of the middle ages, you would need to get a bible that dates back to 1310 before the council levied by King James destroyed any evidence of women or before they added the divine right of kings. The truth is that unless you are reading off of scrolls in an ancient middleastern or mediterainian language you are getting a book that is tainted by the biases of man.

Not at all. When GOD dictated the Bible, in 1611, to the scribes of King James, He did so to correct the years of mis-translations and catholic bias that had been pawned off on innocent believers. So not only did GOD dictate the Bible in English, but He made It Perfect again at that time.

Now you're starting on librarians? I hate to break it to you, but people go to libraries to research actual topics or to read fiction of non fiction that they're insterested in. If they wanted to read a freakin bible they could just go to church.
Would you rather that libraries were full of muscled men stamping books instead?
Hmmm........on second thought that doesn't sound too bad. Maybe you guys are onto something after all .

You sound like one of those hippy-dippy liberals who follow what you think the Holy King James Bible should say instead of what it actually says. The charge of "sexist and racist bias" is nonsense. The Bible says that God wants certain people to have authority over others for one very simple reason, namely, that He does.
As for whether anyone "destroyed any evidence of women," what on earth could you mean? There's plenty of evidence of women in the Bible; it just doesn't say that women are interchangeable with men.
As for adding the Divine right of kings, what do you think the Bible originally said? Do you think it read like the 1968 Demon-cratic Party platform or something? Yeah, that's really likely.
If you want to know the truth about the Holy King James Bible versus all of those fake Bibles, here it is.
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.

Like all texts, it is a construct of the biases of the hegemonic power structure of the time. That's why we should follow the inner light given to each of us by Mother/Father God.
Back to the OP, I think that public libraries perform a wonderful service in terms of providing an outlet for information that is not filtered through the corporate establishment.

Re: WARNING! Protect Your Children From Librarians! -

Why would God dictate the Bible to scribes in english? That makes no sence what so ever. King james is famous for hiring scribes to directly translate the Bible from the origional Hebrew. . . Who do you think wrote the bible? Anyways the Councils of Nicaea happened in 325 AD and 787 AD. So if the King James Version was first published in 1611, there was 824 years between the long and tedious altercation in Nicaea and the translation of these texts to English. There is no possible way that the bible could go back to its "pure" form mysteriously in these 824 years.
God NEVER dictated the Bible. The Bible is a collection of works that have been compiled over the years. These works dictate the lives of all Christians and are vital to the american way of life. That being said these works were still written by MEN (and maybe even sometimes women). If you dont believe me please revert back to some of the extremely sexist arguments that have been made in almost every single forum. The council of Nicaea purged the bible of any references to women haveing any sort of social status. . . this is because the leaders of Rome (mainly Constantine I) did not want any sort of competition for their power. They believed that if they got rid of all references to women having social class they could squash the growing threat of a women's rebellion or any insubbordination. There are no pure forms of the Bible left! The only ones wich are nearly complete are on Papyrus Scrolls under lock and key in a musem in the middle east.
One more thing Jesus was Jewish... why would the bible ever be written in origional form in English?

The Bible also says to sacrafice Goats for your sins... why dont you fallow that one too?
Look the bible is the single most influential piece of literature in western culture. It has been used by corrupt memebers of the Clurgy as well as the Royalty to suit their own purposes. Its not really that big of a secret...

You limp-wristed egghead! Who do you think "filters" your salary as a communist professor? Who do you think "filters" the hippie micro bus you drive, the tofu you slurp, the birkenstocks you wear? The same corporations that support our Godly GWB, thats who! The same American corporations that support our troops in iraquistan, who make sure your students have enough cheeseburgers to eat and enough laptops to plagiarize their assignments with.
The same corporations that tithe heavily and support the Godly work we do here at LBC. Get on your knees and thank Jesus for those corporations, you sniveling little pinhead.

Umm...most kids don't go in libraries. And I've seen a lot of good literature in there. I found the Satanic Bible in Walden Books! That's actually very interesting. And it's not mind numbingly boring, like the christian bible. See there are bibles in there.
But infortunatley, they don't allow books on witchcraft (such as The Book of Shadows, Nocturnicon, and Magick after Dark) in public school libraries. Those are interesting whether you're into magick or not. Well, some of them.
And porn? No, I believe that's just in adult bookstores.
