Default In the news : The down syndrome agenda - 02-13-2017, 03:52 PM

Greetings fellow Christians,You are all probably already aware that of the " down syndrome " lifestyle. It's been infiltrating your churches and schools for years, and is now being accepted in a majority of schools. There are many accounts of the liberals crying foul when people are trying to deal with these types of situations. ( If the admins want, they can move this thread into an already existing one about " down syndrome " if it exists )

According to infowares.com a police man pepper sprayed a 22 year old with " down syndrome " and are refusing " hush money" .The Martinez family previously stated that they would be willing to settle out of court under three conditions. They wanted the department to apologize, release their policy on dealing with the mentally disabled, and have Deputy Guy volunteer for the Special Olympics. The department so far has rejected these simple conditions. The incident began when the 4’11” Martinez was walking to his family’s bakery on Dec. 20, 2012. Guy yelled at him to stop, simply because the young man was wearing a black hoodie. When Martinez did not stop, Deputy Guy became angry at him for “exercising his constitutional right not to stop for a consensual detention,” the lawsuit states. The lawsuit continues on to say that the deputy “looked Tony in the face and then unloaded a canister of highly irritating pepper spray into Tony’s face and eyes,” beat him with a weighted baton, slammed his face into the pavement and cuffed him. While the beating was taking place, Martinez’ sisters were screaming at the officer that their brother has down syndrome, unsuccessfully attempting to appeal to the officer’s humanity- something that he clearly lacks. After Martinez was handcuffed, other deputies jumped in, and Martinez was taken to the hospital, detained, and then jailed for 5 hours; essentially kidnapped. He was charged with resisting arrest despite the fact that there was no reason to stop him in the first place. Deputy guy testified that this was necessary to “document” the incident. The family was reportedly offered an unknown but “substantial amount” to settle and quiet down, but they are determined to cause change and opted to go to trial in an attempt to force reform. The Martinez family is open to a settlement “if they cooperate with us and show us what changes they will make,” Jude Basile who is representing the Martinez’ told U-T San Diego. In more recent news,patch.com reported a girl who chose the "Down syndrome " lifestyle was expelled from school because she wasn't potty trained. Patch.com reports : MOORESTOWN, NJ — The corporation that runs a New Jersey preschool accused of unlawfully expelling a 3-year-old girl with Down syndrome because she wasn’t toilet trained has been hit with a federal complaint. The U.S. Attorney’s Office filed a complaint in federal court against Nobel Learning Communities (NLC) on Wednesday. NLC operates Chesterbrook Academy in Moorestown, a daycare facility the U.S. Attorney says violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) when they expelled the child in 2015.The New Jersey Office of the Attorney General previously filed a complaint saying the school violated the state’s Law Against Discrimination (LAD) when expelling the girl. The complaints were filed separately, but U.S. Attorney’s Office spokesman Matthew Reilly said they will cooperate with the state as the investigations unfold. The school previously said the girl, identified as “Jane” in the state’s complaint, was being disruptive before making the transition from her “Beginner B” program to an intermediate class. The school had advanced “Jane” without the full support of her parents, according to both complaints.Chesterbrook Academy is accused of not providing “Jane” with a reasonable accommodation for the girl’s disability as required. A little while before, a unbelievable story unfolded. Fox4KC reported a waiter refused service to a family because they joked about a child who choose the " down syndrome lifestyle " . Fox4KC reports : HOUSTON, Texas — A Texas waiter is garnering online kudos after he took a stand against a family that he said was being discriminatory against a child with Down syndrome.According to the Houston Chronicle’s “24-95” food blog, Kim Castilo and her five-year-old son Milo were having dinner at Laurenzo’s Prime Rib restaurant in Houston when the group seated at the booth next to theirs requested to be moved.“Tonight was a first. A family of 4 asked to be moved from the booth next to us. As it turns out they told the waiter, ‘Special needs kids should be kept in special places’,” said Castillo.Milo Castillo has Down syndrome, and his mother says that while he can be a little loud – like any other five-year-old child – he wasn’t acting out.Castillo says that after hearing the group’s insult against her son, waiter Michael Garcia refused to serve them. Garcia says that the Castillo’s are regular customers at Laurenzo’s.“I had considered whether or not I would lose my job, but I knew it wasn’t right,” said Garcia. The restaurant and Garcia have been receiving praise on the restaurant’s Facebook page.“As a parent of a special needs child, it is so heartwarming to hear a story like that of your phenomenal waiter! I hope to come visit your restaurant some day!!!” wrote Michelle Kerro.“We need more Michael Garcia’s in this world. What a lovely soul,” wrote Sharon Bale. It is clear we need to act, the left is forcing our agenda on us. Nothing is safe for our children anymore, clearly.
