I am dealing with this difficult question now, as I need to decide what to bake for an upcoming church retreat.

I have a decent recipe for brownies:




However, I've recently discovered a recipe for an easy blondie; I have kinda used this recipe, but being a feeble female unable to follow even the simplest of directions, I ended up with a whole wheat hazelnut-chocolate blondie made with a combination of brown sugar, honey, and stevia. (The chocolate I used is 100% pure cocoa paste).

So I need advice from other Christian ladies, are blondies better than brownies? I mean, they are so easy to make I feel guilty for not spending more time in the kitchen!
