Probably an allusion to the Biblical fact that God does not hear the prayers of sinners, so your expression of hope above is futile.
Btw: as an atheist taxpayer, I heartily endorse your idea to let God take care of His own damaged building! Let that billion+ dollars pledged so far be used much more effectively elsewhere (like actually accomplishing something that so much prayer has been thrown at, to NO effect, maybe ending war, poverty, a disease or three? spitballin' here, ideas welcome).

What takes us to the beginning again.
1) God sees it all, and is Almighty
2) God sees Notre Dame about to be set on fire
3) God chooses not to interfere, and let Notre Dame be set on fire
If God would have wanted so, Notre Dame would be perfect today. Or Donald Trump would have died of a heart attack while going up and down Stormy Daniels.
God wanted Notre Dame on fire and Donald Trump on the White House. Or are you saying He is not Almighty?
1 Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the TRUMP of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first.

Actually, after countless attempts to show that sinner the error of his ways, and to present the Love of our Savior to him, he repeatedly spat in the eyes of the by rejecting , and by constantly lying about various things. This grieved the so, and He told me to shake the dust off my feet as a testimony, and not to cast my pearls before swine, as I should devote my time to the many lost souls who hunger for the . The harvest is nigh, and it shall be plentiful! But as for that rebellious person, I'm afraid that my time with him has ended, sadly, and now his questions to me will be met by silence. Or, in this case, that which one encounters during a quiet evening at the summer cottage by the lake. A blessed day to you, Dear. Sincerely, Isabella W.
Matthew 10:14 "And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet."

Has any one pointed that catholics are not in any sense Christians?
It's like saying a temple to Ganesh (elephant demon) is holy to Christians. It isn't. It wasn't built by Christians. It has nothing to do with Christianity.
Same, exactly the same, for Notre Dame.

On the subject of durable tarpaulins contributed by the international community, we do have a precedent. This is about the shortest clip I could find.

Good to bring up, because we are aware of this, but the majority of people are not. I think it's the tendency of Catholics to appropriate our religion's symbol, the cross, and put it everywhere, exactly like how the Nazis stole the swastika from the Hindus. Also, on very rare occasions they mention Jesus, rather than His mother, because He does in fact have a miniscule role in their beliefs, though even less so than in Islam where He is heretically considered a mere prophet of God rather than God Himself (John 10:30). Hence the mistaken identity.
There is a similar case with the Sikhs, towel-headed heathens who are often mistaken for Muslims despite the fact that they hate Muslims and are required to carry around a dagger in case they see a Muslim so they can kill him. In much the same way, Catholics are frequently mistaken for Christians even though they want nothing better to sodomize Christians and recruit us to the gay lifestyle.
We should celebrate the destruction of Notre Dame because Jesus is glad it happened (Isaiah 37:19, Deuteronomy 12:3) and simultaneously condemn and punish the immigrant Muslim terrorists who did the deed. Because of the tendency for Catholics to be mistaken for Christians, most terrorist attacks against Papist temples and idols are intended as attacks on Christianity, and should be treated as such.

God did not want Notre dame on fire because it's a house of God no matter how catholic it is. And when it gets rebuilt God will protect it

As I've already explained to you, it was NOT a house of God. The Catholic god is not God; they worship the false goddess Mary along with an immense pantheon of saints. It is a polytheistic pagan cult. If Notre Dame was a house of God, then why does its name mean "Our Lady?" Explain that, Mr. Sassypants.
Do you believe that God protects this church as well? It's just as much a "House of God" as Notre Dame was.
And if God doesn't want a building to burn down, it won't burn down. Your statement is blasphemous in the extreme. You called God a limp-wristed pansy who can't protect His own buildings even though He wants to.

Based on what I know about you from our interactions, I could never trust you. It's nothing personal, it's just that I prefer to trust smart people. I hope you can forgive me.

God does not protect the scientology church because it doesnt worship God.

Amen, Sister Basilissa! Amen and amen! Psalm 118:8 " It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man."
That foolish rebel is just too proud to see the error of his way, even when it is before him! Proverbs 11:2 "When pride cometh, then cometh shame: but with the lowly is wisdom."
