Georgia -- Mychia Vang and her mother Pang Khang, both of Winder, Ga., contacted law enforcement, claiming that Vang"s ex-husband, Bruce Lor, had cast a spell on the two women.

The pair told a responding deputy that Bruce Lor, 28, was "able to know what they do and where they go," the report states. They also accused him of using magic to give Vang health problems.

Law enforcement has had to intervene in Vang"s and Lor"s relations before. Deputies responded to custody disputes in both September and November, according to documents from the Barrow County Sheriff"s Office.

In both incidents, Lor complained that Vang was not at home with their daughter on occasions when he was supposed to pick the girl up.
