This is obviously not a "photo" of "The Madonna" as they did not have cameras and other photography equipment back then.

Jesus' mother Mary was captured in old-fashioned oil paintings, not modern photographs.

That is proof that this picture is a fake.

I don't know who that lady in that picture is, but that's disgusting the way she trashes the good image of our Savior. Apparently she claims to be a "Madonna", but she doesn't look like any Madonna I've seen in Christian art.

Yes, exactly, something like that! That's what it looks like, anyway.

But if they removed the tongue (as that horrid description says) they could not hear the confession, so it looks like this one in the first photo has been modified.

Interesting.

EDIT: On second glance, that "Pear" looks like a shoehorn, or maybe half a salad tong. This is a good thing to know, if one has sulky children around.
