The Bible does not tell us never to judge; it tells us how we should judge. You probably have in mind:

Matthew 7

1Judge not, that ye be not judged.
2For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

When you take the verse in context you see that it is forbidding hypocritical judgment, not telling us to refrain from exercising judgment of any kind. That would be silly, to never pass judgment of any kind.

Elsewhere God tells us that we should pass righteous judgment.

John 7:24

King James Version (KJV)


24Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

This is only an example. There are plenty of other places in the Bible where God tells us how we ought to exercise our faculty of judgment. You should read the whole book, from cover to cover. That will give you a much better idea of what it says.

Here Jesus says that if you judge others, you will be judged in turn. However, as blood-bought children of the Lamb, abiding in righteousness and perfection, True Christians™ have no fear of God's Judgment. When we are judged, God will be congratulating us, telling us what a good job we have done. It is proud sinners like you who need to fear God's Judgment.
