I ask the 'training' question, because nobody here in Australia seems to want to take the responsibility to train our own blacks, and we have one awful bloody mess as a consequence. You have your insoulated Negroids which are referred to as nigra. I've heard stories of Sudanese "refugees" being boxed and shipped to the civilized world on the tax payer dollar. Pure wild negroidials tagged and shipped straight out of the congo... As a genyoowine ordained Reverend of the ULC Modesto Cal., I assuredly have NO criminal tendencies.
