Brother Bob... You bring up an interesting point, but what you're reading will only be the main text of the bill. Earmarks and riders will be added by my Godly Republican peers to cover more than what's on the surface.
As for Roe vs. Wade, it will take more than the passage of one bill. There is another bill which needs to be passed in order to keep the Supreme Court and liberal homer Democrats out of the loop. Godly Representitive John Shadegg (R-AZ) has been proposing a bill before Congress since the 104th Congress - The Enumerated Powers Act. Should the Right of God finally get this bill passed, the left will no longer have an un-Godly leg to stand on.
