I mean over head as in Local Apperant Lunar Noon, the time in which case the moon falls onto your latitude and is straight up.

I had never heard this mentioned, even outside the Bible, so looked it up. Even when I corrected your mis-spelling of "apparent", there no results at all. This is quite mysterious. That is a crater called Tycho. It shot out multiple lines of bright regolith across the face of the moon. it is not an air intake, and it is not even the size of a basketball.

Basketballs can be painted. And there are substances that can be used to give any surface a "moon crater" texture. I worked at a furniture company that used all sorts of clever techniques to give new items an old look. Unlike Satan, we were honest enough to tell our customers what they were buying.

No, it's not that same texture, regolith and dust cover the moon. Aswell as mountains and flat mare cover it as well, a basketball has medium sized bumps all over the surface, there are no flat surfaces on a basket ball.

How do you know? Where you there?

Do you know who would know? He who created the moon: Jesus. If you can find a passage in the Holy Bible in which Jesus talks about this so-called "regolith and dust" covering the moon, that would change the conversation immensely. However, the Chinese are generally a stubborn and witless people who have rejected Christ for Communism.
