Alcohol IS a drug.
"A drug, broadly speaking, is any chemical substance that, when absorbed into the body of a living organism, alters normal bodily function"
Even coffee is a drug!
Marijuana is a lot safer than alcohol, no doubt about it. I have done very much research on the subject and I do consider myself to be quite educated oo the drug. If anybody feels the need for me to give an in-depth analyses of this theory, please, feel free to inform me.

People who smoke marijuana tend to do ungodly things while they're high, such as dating non-christian & non-causasian women. Satan hides within cannabis plants.

Why do you come here peddling your reefer? What makes you think that anyone here would be interested in anything you have to say about your filthy addiction? Don't they have forums for this kind of thing where the police can keep tabs on you?
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

Marijuana effects everybody differently. I don't do anything ungodly when I'm high. I just chill out and enjoy disucussing many different topics, and just thinking. I also like drawing and reading. I love listening to music. Does that sound ungodly? I don't think so. Maybe not exactly Godly... but still, they lack evil. And I really don't think that Satan hides within cannabis plants.

You should be out working and being a productive member of society and not sitting around your mother's basement smoking reefer and playing xbox.
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

I'm not peddling reefer! Somebody brought up marijuana and I was just trying to help, I guess. I'm not telling everyone to go get stoned! I was just saying that marijuana can help him for his back pain.Since it's a natural drug, it's a lot safer than alcohol and really not as horrible as everybody thinks it is. That was all I was trying to say. Don't get your panties in a bunch.

Let me try. Smoke is the visible, particulate and chemical byproduct of incomplete combustion. You are burning something...a 'joint', a campfire, a witch's house, whatever. If you breathe that, the chemicals and carbon residue coats the alveoli in your lungs. It doesn't ever come out. You are able to transfer less and less O2 across the very tiny structures which allow individual molecules to accept O2 and discharge CO2. Pretty soon you start feeling tired. Eventually, you die. If you happen to be in a burning house, there actually isn't much difference between burning wood and burning marijuana. If you get too much at once, you die. Period.
Simple logic dictates that inhaling the products of the combustion of ANYTHING is a really stupid idea.

Just out of curiosity, how old do you think I am, at least? I live in no such basement and I do not even own an xbox. I've been waiting for a decent day to go and fill out applications, but it's been ridicuously cold and snowy here latley. So it's not like I'm purposly not being a productive member of society, at the moment there's just not too much of a choice.

You commies are always blaming someone else for your inability to get a job. Have you ever thought that it has something to do with the way you look? Get a haircut, kid!!

You can not die from marijuana. There has never been a single (reported) death caused by it. Chances are, it's never happened at all. It does do damage to the lungs and upper respirtory system, but that's about it. It doesn't do nearly as much damage as cigarettes. It's been proven that marijuana has never caused lung cancer. Oh, and you can't overdose on marijuana either. It's also been proven that marijuana does not cause permenent brain damage. It just makes aging cells more prone to breaking, which is kind of good considering those cells have a higher chance of being cancerous. But yeah, that's pretty much the only unavoidable downside.

Hey, I asked you how old you thought I was. But listen, I'm 16. I've only had the right to have a job for 6 months now, and within that time I have indeed filled out applications and whatnot. I live in the suburbs so it's hard to find places that are hiring. I recently dyed my hair a normal color, so that should now help me to get a job. I don't need a hair cut.

Back in post 19 I predicted your age. How many other forums did you lie about your age to join? Do you think they will be happy to find out this information, too?
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

It's old, but it's out there:
Try googling monkey marijuana fda gas mask test.
That should get some results. Do your own homework, kid.
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

Don't be silly. You can die from drinking water.
There has never been a single (reported) death caused by it.
Cite your sources, please.
Chances are, it's never happened at all.
Chances are FAR greater that it has. I saw one stoned fool get up to relieve himself and walk off a ledge.
It's been proven that marijuana has never caused lung cancer.
You can never prove a negative. Cite your sources, please.
Oh, and you can't overdose on marijuana either.
You most certainly can.

Your point has not been made. You toss out 'facts' but no place to verify them. Think about this one more time. Inhaling the results of incomplete combustion of ANYTHING is immediately hazardous to your health.

So you don't have the right to smoke, or drink, or join the military, and you are a not a productive member of society. In fact, you are a criminal because marijuana is illegal and so is being a drugged-up goth.
Oh, and you aren't old enough to be HERE, either. Eighteen, minimum.

When they tested the monkies, they pumped 100% THC into their body with no oxygen. You will die without oxygen so that research was later proven invalid
