Actress Demi Moore has confessed to indulging in an unusual alternative therapy - blood-sucking leeches.
The 45-year-old told US talk show host David Letterman she tried the treatment in Austria as part of a detox plan.
She said: "You watch it swell up on your blood... then when it's super drunk it just kind of rolls over like it is stumbling out of the bar."

She obviously knows what It's like to be stumbling out of a Bar.

This is just stupid. Using leeches, not being one, is an old English tradition. Back in the Middle Ages, the English would use leeches to bleed them. The idea was that leeches would suck out the ailment along with the blood. But oftentimes it would just bring on anemia and kill the person instead. Besides, who cares if some washed up actress bleeds herself. I don't, and I think it's a waste of everyone's time.
