I've noticed that customer service has really gone downhill. This new generation seems to have forgotten that it's customer SERVICE, not customer in-your-face-uppityness. For example, just this morning I asked for a coffee, extra hot, with four sugars. Long story short, the cheap niglet only put in three sugars. As if I wouldn't notice!
I told her that if she ever pulled something like that again I'd pour the coffee right on her nappy little head, and she said "sorry" and put in more sugar.
"Sorry"?
No "Sorry, Sir?"
I'm not worthy of a "Sir?"
