Hi, my name is Robin, and I'm a 17 year old guy.

I live in Denmark, and no, I do not believe in God, Jesus or the Holy Ghost. My main interest is music, which I study at a college in a Danish city called Viborg. I play guitar, drums, bass, piano, harmonica and I sing. I am not here to flame you or troll you or anything, I am merely here to hear you out as to why you believe what you believe, how it has helped you and so forth.

I really hope to keep the debate polite, as I do not intend to offend anyone, nor am I here to be offended, just because I don't believe in God.

We hold no interest in your unsaved lifestyle. The LORD brought you in here for a reason, boy. Have you ever heard of a place called "hell"? ...because that's where you're going unless you repent, accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and start following His every word to the letter.

I'm terribly sorry, I should have realized this. You have no interest in anything I have to say, that's fine, but I have an interest in what you have to say. I want to know why people believe in God, and especially why you have chosen the Landover Baptist Church. I know, I know, this is not a debate forum, forgive me, I'm just very curious.

Well, I'm sorry to have burdened you with my unsaved lifestyle, if it wasn't in its place. Yes, I know of Hell, but you have failed to tell me why you believe in God and how your faith has helped you? What does your faith in God do for you? Trust me, when I say that I am not being sarcastic, I really want to know why people believe so strongly.

And for the record, I never said I hated Jesus. I just don't believe in him.

Yes, it is sometimes a frighteningly small world (: - However, you are right, I do not share your love for Jesus. Furthermore, I feel a little misunderstood here. I do not spit at your religion or your God, nor do I hate you, nor do I hate God or Jesus. I just can't make myself believe that it's the truth. There's really not much to do about that, I think, so stop telling me that I hate Jesus. Thanks.

See the thing is, there are always two sides to a story. Yes/No, For/Against, Love/Hate. You have empatically stated you do not love Jesus. So to make it easier for you, why are you not for and why do you not love baby Jesus? What did He do to you to leave such a salty taste in your mouth

You can't have it both ways. You're in or you're out. If you are not in Jesus' thrall, you hate him.

Luke 16:13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

There is no such thing as neutrality. When you face Jesus at your personal reckoning, He will not let you off the hook when you shrug your dead shoulders.

Well, that is correct....you cannot make yourself believe in Jesus or God.

Belief in God and Jesus is a gift that comes from God, not men.

One must be quickened by the Holy Spirit to believe.
