I would post the argument, but now I have infraction points for being homosexual.I'm not homosexual, but apparently I claimed to be when I say
"I have supplied many bible verses, and you're saying I supplied none?"
So I give up.

If you are giving up after receiving a few little infraction points, it is just as well that The Lord is not counting on you to defend His Righteous Truth to the world.
"Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord;
He is trampling out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored;
He hath loosed the fateful lightning of His terrible swift sword:
His truth is marching on."
You would let a minor blister stop your march.
His left hand should be under my head, and his right hand should embrace me.

I grew up in the Baptist religion, yet I was never taught about CDD!
However, this is something I desire. I don't often do things that I need corrected for, but once in awhile - if I have had a bad attitude or snapped at my hubby for something - I feel like a correction would help!
I have asked to be punished, but he just smiles. I'm not sure he realizes how serious I am.
How do I convince my husband to adopt CDD into our marriage without overstepping my bounds?

Sugarplumb, if your man needs convincing, he is clearly an atheist that has never read the Bible, and most likely a gay sissyboy as well. Real men KNOW when and how to put a woman in her place, and all Real Men are True Christians.

True. The one thing that stopped me from being a homersexual was when I was handed the bible and started reading it. Immediately I was hooked and now the only man I need in my life is Jesus.

The Holy Word of God tells us faith comes from hearing the Good News (Romans 10:17). I suggest you start reading the Holy Bible aloud in your home, and on the streets surrounding your home just for good measure (keeps the demons at bay). Read aloud whenever your husband is home. Read the entire Holy Bible, and if necessary, read it again. If he asks what's for dinner, read the passage to which you are attending louder, and he'll soon realize there will be no conversation but between him and the Lord his God. Eventually your husband won't help but to be compelled by the Truth™, and desire nothing more than to turn his heart over to Christ for circumcision (as Christ apparently harbors no more animosity with foreskins now; Romans 2:29).
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

This post has been helpful to me in working out some of the dilemma's in my relationship. I now recognize my husbands actions as CDD when i was wondering what it was. He didnt explain any of his actions to me, they just happened. Reading this makes it easier to accept and understand, and also gives me reassurance that my husband is a true Christian dutifully performing God's work.
