It's been five years to the day. -
03-20-2008, 01:38 PM
Friends, exactly five years ago, the US troops started liberating Iraq. They secured the WMD, they brought democracy, they brought peace to those towelheads, got rid of a tyrant, and they made the US and the world a safer place.
I'm not going to say much about it (except GLORY!), because I hope Brother Trent will soon give us his story about the friendly place he currently resides, free of terrorists. He's probably sitting by the pool right now, celebrating this extremely important day.
Let this day not go by without prayer. Prayer for the brave President G.W. Bush, prayer for the Godly troops who our saving OUR ASSES over there.
I hope you will all chime in, Brothers & Sisters. I have a tear in my eye when I'm writing this.
GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Imagine what Iraquia would be like if we hadn't liberated it. The sects of moon-worshipers would be at each other's throats, the middle class would have fled, and Iran would be expanding its sphere of influence. If that's what lie-berals want for Towelheadistan, then they are the true bigots.
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.

How many more troops should we send over there? Think of how much MORE free they could be.
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

Around 1866, James McNeilly gave a speech on the future facing the South with respect to the events of the previous years. His words echo down the centuries and I humbly adapt them here for this solemn 5th anniversary,
“The idea that the progress of the war, as displayed by left media has represented a verdict on the rightness of America is ridiculous. The Old Testament is filled with accounts of God's chosen people being attacked by heathens, but that fact does not prove the heathen to be right in the cause, nor that Americans are upholding a bad cause. Brave men and women, who have poured their blood like festal wine as a libation to liberty, are not necessarily wrong in fighting the war since questions of right and wrong before God are not settled by any set backs or small defeats of arms. God is simply testing America to see if it will forsake the Truth because of its losses to date and media pressure. America’s suffering is simply a means to a greater faith. God is in the process of working out a plan that most cannot not see. Even now, America is being led through the wilderness toward the promised land. America is marching to Zion, to a peaceful and democratic Iraq; a promised land of American perfection.”
My soul weeps for the departed, but more must depart to Iraq's shores to ensure an enduring outcome.

Praise! The US is only responsible so far for at least 2 million refugee's.
Obviously Democracy is working in that nation. Bush should pat himself on the back. A job well done going on five years and counting.... I forgive him for thinking it would only be about six months to bring peace.(and Cheney too)
If the Lord leads you to it, he will get you through it.

When I think of all the dead Iraqis & how lucky they were to be killed in this Godly campaign, it makes me want to praise Jesus even more...

Let us not forget how much the Iraqis save the US dollars by blowing themselves up all on their own.
If the Lord leads you to it, he will get you through it.

It is truly with the help of the Lord. Australiens tho are not so blessed with the new Priminister who want to stop the adding of troops from here. Well Rudd can just burn in hell then i reckon .........
(2 Peter 3:10)
But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Indeed, let us look at what once was.
1. Everyone believed Saddam Hussein had chemical weapons.
2. He had invaded one his neighbors, and a multinational coalition kicked his teeth so far down his throat he had to put his pita bread between his bumcheeks to chew it.
3. He was a military joke. His "navy" consisted mostly of obsolete rubber ducks, his airforce had lost control of his own airspace. His armored forces were being gradually cannibalized for spare parts.
4. He hated and feared Al Qaeda, and they in turn despised him as an apostate and illegitimate ruler.
Obviously Saddam Hussein was a terrible threat to the American homeland. John McCain, a military genius, recognized this. One day before the war vote in 2002 he said it was folly "[to] wait for Saddam Hussein to threaten imminent attack against America." That's right! Saddam Hussein, with no credible navy or airforce and a moribund, demoralized army, was going to attack America!
And John McCain was informed and wise enough to see clearly how that could happen, in realistic strategic and tactical detail.
He also knew exactly how the war would play out.
In September of 2002 he said, "I believe that the success will be fairly easy."
He said, "There's no doubt in my mind that once these people are gone that we will be welcomed as liberators."
He said, ""I believe that we can win an overwhelming victory in a very short period of time." And he said "We're not going to get into house-to-house fighting in Baghdad."
And NOW, asked if another fifty years' war in Iraq would be acceptable, NOW he says, "Make it a hundred... That would be fine with me, I hope it would be fine with you."
I want John McCain in the White House so bad I can smell it. Now, at this five-year anniversary of America's glorious Operation Iraqi Liberation, we must rededicate ourselves to great American leadership!
Who do YOU want answering that red phone in the Oval Office? Do you want a man who clearly evaluated the real threat posed by Saddam Hussein and the dangers of a ground war in the volatile Middle East, or do you want a f*cking political herd animal who made exactly the decision the party told him to?
Before the Senate vote authorizing President Bush to attack Iraq the despicable Demonrat Senator Robert Byrd said:
"...Congress is being exhorted, is being importuned, is being adjured to give the president open-ended authority now. Give it to him now to exercise whenever he pleases in the event that he decides to invade Iraq. Where are we? Where are our senses?"
He said, "What a shame. Fie upon the Congress. Fie upon some of the so-called leaders of the Congress for falling into this pit."
I can only envision a day when men like Byrd will be gone forever from American politics, and only men like McCain will be allowed to govern this once-great country.
(Sorry to be so political on what should be the joyous celebration of our victory in Iraq. But my heart is in turmoil and my bowels wax wroth.)

Praise Jesus! It feels like only yesterday that the Mission was Accomplished. I can't wait for the day we can celebrate five years of being in Iran.

Don't forget that Robert Byrd is a KKK racist, so it makes sense that a hate-filled bigot like him would want to deny the mud people the chance to enjoy Freedom. I'm glad we don't have any racists like that here at Landover.
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.
God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

AMEN, Brother. Racism is one of the traits of the anti-Christian liberals who hate Iraqis, and want them to be forced to live under a horrible dictatorship, with fumes of oil rising about them.
Our Godly GW Bush has liberated them from the dictator, and will soon cleanse their sandpit of that "crude" oil!
