If it is--
1 big can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cooked diced chicken
1/4 c. green beans
1/4 c. corn
1/8 c. blanched celery
6 large boiled russet potatoes(with the skin on whilest boiling)
Mix all but the poatoes in a big mixing bowl.
Take a deep dish pie plate
Skin the potatoes and slice them 1/4 in. thick.
Place one layer on the bottom of the pie plate.
Pour the filling in.
Layer the rest of the potatoes on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
My husband likes when I sprinkle mild cheddar cheese on top and bake it for an extra 5 minutes, but that's optional.
