Why is it the child's fault if it was dressed like a whore? When does it say that she even was dressed like that? no matter how scantily clad a child is, it should never appear provocative to an adult. perhaps he was babysitting her? The parents obviously didnt know anything about what he was doing to her. Why is it that you blame her parents over the molester?
