What About Retiring in Scottsdale, AZ -
02-14-2022, 04:24 AM
A few of our residents of Freehold and members of Landover Baptist are getting up in years. What with Iowa winters being a little chilly some of these good folks might be thinking of relocating in a warmer place. One city that often comes up is Scottsdale, AZ.
Those looking to a warmer place to retire need to keep your lives as True Christians™ on a straight and narrow path. Without investigating the sin and temptation that may surround you in a new city you are taking chances.
It turns of Scottsdale AZ in one of the most sinful places on your list. Just this past week, Satanists held a three-day conference there. The city of Scottsdale welcomed them. Do you want to be surrounded by Satan's favorite people? I would think this would give pause.

Not only might you find yourself among Satanists in Scottsdale, you will likely come in close contact with leather-wearing homers. Even the elderly need to avoid being tempted by those dedicated to sin.

Older folk when they retire want to move to warmer places? I do believe we need to double out coal consumption to fix that issue in Iowa indeed mayor. It’s God ™️ ‘s favorite choice of fuel and I myself feel snug when I throw a few pieces in my wood stove to warm up at night. Remind the folk wanting to move to lieberal places about Isaiah 47:14 ASAP.

Mr. Mayor, it never occurred to me to retire in AZ because the delightful-sounding "warmth" you refer to is 106 degrees in Summer, or 42 English degrees' worth of heat if you pile them up and make a bonfire. For men of our type, that means sweating in the trailer park for months on end in a sleeveless shirt drinking beer and watching sports. If I wanted that lifestyle, I would move to Austria.

Yes, Brother Rutherford, moving to a warmer climate is an invitation to sin. When the sun hits the white snow of Iowa it is hard on the eyes. Buring coal solves this unpleasantness by covering the snow with a delicate soot.

Older folks probably only remember the glory days when Republican Barry Goldwater was in Arizona. Barry was one of the only ones that was willing to nuke the commies when we still had a chance.
These days Arizona only has DEMONcrats and RINO republicans like McCain. Scottsdale AZ is part of Maricopa County that stole the election from Trump through voter fraud, and so far no one has been arrested or gone to jail.
Want a "warmer" climate - you might as well move to Mexico, or for that matter just turn the whole state over to Mexico and let them run it.

Jackson, Mississippi is the ideal combination of warm weather, friendly people, and good, old-fashioned, white Christian family values. It's a place largely untouched by the liberal indoctrination called "high school education." Plus, you can't beat the low cost of housing.

Another place popular with white Christians of retirement age is the unsuspecting of Sarasota, Florida. Sin in Sarasota is right there to see if one pays attention:

Unfortunately, Satan plays hid and seek with his sin. Sarasota votes Republican regularly. Yet Republicans regularly pony up big money to support the arts that drip with homerism.
And, there is an even more deceptive front. Sarasota boasts it is the winter home for a raft of pious looking Mennonites and Amish. If you think for a moment these people don't know sin and how to enjoy it guess again:

It looks as though some of the fabrics included in that quilt have printed designs. That makes the woman a Mennonite hussy, not an Amish one.

Thank you, Sister Handy. I spent a while studying those designs the strange lady in the picture is making. There is no cross. I don't see "Sin no More" or other standards of the Christian message.
This makes me wonder what the message is of those designs. Are there coded Satanic messages? If you or anyone sees anything suspicious it would be helpful to share it with other True Christians™.

Sarasota sounds like Minnesota, and Minnesota is a known hotbed of sin and Democrat voting. So I don' trust it.
The only thing that gives me some pause in this opinion is that Sarasota's in a state run by the Godly Ron DeSantis, so at least we know that gayness will be suppressed.

To be honest, I discovered something that took Scottsdale off my list. It is not safe.
Scottsdale has too many drunk old people racing up and down its sidewalks. Authorities are trying to put a stop to it but so far it is a city out of control.

Following Doctor Toole's suggestion and for those considering New South Wales as a retirement destination (relatively mild climate, rarely above 50˚C or 120˚F -ish and not too much rain) it's worth remembering that some towns don't even have a church or if they did once it's been converted into a discotheque.
There's a new dance craze taking off everywhere just now, Sydney is probably no exception, called The Limbo. I happen to know this because I saw a demonstration. It was horrible. Once people start listening to the rap and the hip-op just about anything becomes permissible. Savage drum beats, convulsions, where this craze came from I have no idea but I wish I'd never seen that demonstration. Some pictures were available of which I've selected the two least offensive, below. Together with the diagram, above, you'll get the general idea and there is no iteration of this "dance" suitable for retired Christians, even if it is sunny in New South Wales.

I agree, Sister Mitzva. Sydny Australia is no place for a retired True Christian. Those pictures of "The Limbo" look like a dance created by Satan himself.
I've heard there are quite a few homers in your country as well. A list of homer-free cities would be helpful for planning retirement.
I hope Sydny does not have an entire publication about living the sinful homer lifestyle. Scottsdale/Phoenix has such a terrible thing:
