My answer choice isn't amongst those, so I'll write it out.
No, they should not be forced to attend a public school. I believe a pupil should be entitled to the education of his/her choice.

Exactly where in the Holy Word of God des it say that children should be given choices?
Lilly-livered parents who indulge their children by allowing them to make their own decisions often end up with queers, goths and other filth for offspring. Take a look at yourself, for example.
Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:
Hypocrites (Matthew 24:51), The Unforgiving (Mark 11:26), Homosexuals (Romans 1:26, 27), Fornicators (Romans 1:29), The Wicked (Romans 1:29), The Covetous (Romans 1:29), The Malicious (Romans 1:29), The Envious (Romans 1:29), Murderers (Romans 1:29), The Deceitful (Romans 1:29), Backbiters (Romans 1:30), Haters of God (Romans 1:30), The Despiteful (Romans 1:30), The Proud (Romans 1:30), Boasters (Romans 1:30), Inventors of evil (Romans 1:30), Disobedient to parents (Romans 1:30), Covenant breakers (Romans 1:31), The Unmerciful (Romans 1:31), The Implacable (Romans 1:31), The Unrighteous (1Corinthians 6:9), Idolaters (1Corinthians 6:9), Adulterers (1Corinthians 6:9), The Effeminate (1Corinthians 6:9), Thieves (1Corinthians 6:10), Drunkards (1Corinthians 6:10), Reviler (1Corinthians 6:10), Extortioners (1Corinthians 6:10), The Fearful (Revelation 21:8), The Unbelieving (Revelation 21:8), The Abominable (Revelation 21:8), Whoremongers (Revelation 21:8), Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8), All Liars (Revelation 21:8)

Pastor Ezekial, I had no choice in where I got my education, my parents did. I was home-schooled and was taught and still have a firm foundation in my faith in God.

Your so-called "faith in God" is about as real as the morbid white makeup you smear onto your face.
Jesus is not fooled by false confessions of faith. He sees through your cheap, slutty costumes. So do we.

There is absolutely no difference between a public school education and violent anal rape.

Oh, so public school is that similar to Catholic school? I didn't know that.
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.

I'm of the opinion that all students SHOULD be forced to attend public school.
However, this rule should only go into effect once our next vice-president, Sarah Palin, draws up the official national curriculum . . .
Bible boring? Nonsense!
Try Bible in a Year with Brother V, or join Shirlee and the kids as they discuss Real Bible Stories!
You can't be a Christian if you don't know God's Word!

Public school exist so the people who are to lazy to teach their sons and to poor to send them to private school can give their spawn an "education" anyway.
Pubblic school are built with money of people rich enough to paid the taxes.
Isn't it written "Thou shall not steal"?
And using other people's money for their own purporses sounds like stealing, to me.
Maybe I'm too close minded in my view, but I think public schools simply should not exist.

Because they might make the wrong choice and reject Christianity.
What a stupid question.

Everyone go there and learn the truth!
Welcome . . .
to the Alliance for the Separation of School & State!
The brightest future for education begins here.
We believe parents, and not the state, should be in charge of their children's education. That control may take many forms and levels of involvement, but the state will never be part of the picture. If this seems like an impossible idea, consider that 8 million children already learn free of state control. We're not starting from scratch here. The snowball of educational independence is already rolling.

Why would anyone want their child to be schooled in the godless commie propaganda that is taught in the public school system when they can learn the Lord's lessons at home. In my mind, it's not even up for debate.
Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven. - Matthew 19:14

I voted "No" because homeschooling is better for your child. Public schooling is far too influenced by secular agenda. At least in my own private home, I know my wife is raising our kids correctly and Biblically.
Matthew 5:43-44
Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

I think it's important to have private schools to balance out the usual left-leaning teaching that is present in a public school. I take issue with public schools allowing free dress and to an extent freedom of expression.
A school is a place where children go to learn, but sadly that definition appears to be changing as society slowly drifts left-wing.

You abos are in favor of limiting freedom of expression now?
You can take my daughter's cross necklace from around her neck with my 6 guns over my dead body, pal. We want to have the freedom to pray in any school on the students' off time. My wife goes to the school every Tuesday and Thursday. for lunch True Christian™ prayers.
The great thing is the plate faces can only bow and scrape. They aren't allowed to light any candles.
Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.

Schools are places to learn Maths, Science, English, Society and Environment. Churches are places of worship. Those are there primary functions of a school and a church. Anything that detracts from the functions of both is surely unwanted.
Surely, you agree that individualism and freedom of expression walks hand in hand with political correctness?

Which is exactly why I was homeschooled until the day I entered Landover Baptist University. Innocent children shouldn't be exposed to scientific lies and nonsense, and encouraging them to think for themselves goes against what the Bible teaches.
Quote:
Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? - Matthew 6:25

And before you start hurling insults at me, assuming that I am some kind of empty-headed country bumpkin, please take a look at my church bio HERE.
