As a Christian I try to sympathise with anyone who is suffering, and a woman who commits suicide, however foolish and un-holy that is, must have been suffering.

She was only "suffering" as you call it after her twisted, deviant, sexual desires were made public. She was embarrassed by her hunger for manseed, nothing more. It was her own fault that she invited Satan into her young, fertile loins. Once the Devil has taken up residence in the womb of a wanton whore, her vulva becomes an fetid, unquenchable maw of ravenous desire, insatiably searching for erections upon which to impale itself.

Her self murder was a blessing for all young men. Who can calculate how many other innocent, fit young Christian men this suicidal slattern might have corrupted if she had lived any longer?

Bessemer, what you just wrote were some of the most offensive words I have ever read. You disgust me, you clearly have deepseated issues around women and sex, brought on, I can only assume, by beliefs which have been forced upon you. How can you call yourself a Christian when you speak such filth?

Rape is not a choice made by the woman involved.
Rape is not pleasant for a woman, that is why it is called rape.
People who are raped do not go to hell.
The rapists are not the victims here.
The victim is a young woman, who was gang raped and humiliated, disturbed and shamed so much that she no longer wanted to live.

No real Christian would ever behave in the way you just have, Jesus must be ashamed to have died for your sins, you waste of skin.

As a young man I feel sickened whenever I hear about a rape in the media etc, I think it is the most disgusting use of force a man can perform, using his physical advantage to get what he wants, with no regard for the woman who must give it.

It is people like you, people who spread this kind of, frankly, terrifying, nonsense that are the reason that rape is not dealt with in the proper way.

As for the views of your Republican politician, that a woman cannot become pregnant if she is raped 'legitimately', well, they are one of the reasons that America, perticularly the hard-core religious among you, is the laughing-stock of the rest of the world. I pity you for your pathetic attempts to cling to old, out-dated beliefs.

I don't care if you get me kicked off this site, I woke up this morning a Christian, joined the site today, but seeing you and some of the other people on this site and the views you call Christian has shaken my belief to the core.

I no longer wish to be part of a religion that includes such frightening examples of human beings. You, Professor, with your disgusting opinions, have converted me to atheism. You can burn in hell, but I won't, because I now realise it doesn't exist, Hell is the Hell you make on earth, and you have shown me a little piece of Hell that I want to get as far from as possible.

I don't get it. You were a Christian and when you hear about a congregation of people who follow the Bible you suddenly think you might not be: how does that make sense?

God tells us that rape is a crime against property (owned by the father). If you deny that you may as well as deny the ressurection of Jesus Himself.

Are you saying Christians can pick or choice from a so called 'grab bag' of beleifs or should they follow the Bible?

It's not easy being Christian. The Bible says the gaywise should be killed and I have lost several friends through my faith. If you don't believe in God fine: but don't throw stones at people who are honest Christians, flawed, fallen human beings who are only doing their best to do as Christ has ordered.

I'm sorry to be so blunt but the cherished beleifs of Christians are not to be mocked in such a hurtful way.

That's a bit harsh, dear. I know you're new to many things about the faith of Christ to which you have been kept ignorant, but insulting a decent man is not helpful in any way.

Please don't confuse True Christianity™ with the watered-down garbage people preach from their pulpits today. If you had been taught the Truth© from the very beginning, you wouldn't be shocked right now. Friend, you seem angry. But before I respond to your incoherent diatribe, I must ask that you address me as Professor Bessemer. I did not spend nine years attending various Baptist universities to be called by my last name alone. If you must be familiar, please address me as Brother Stephen.

Now, as for the vicious, unhinged screed wherein you attacked not only me but The Lord Himself, I can tell you honestly that it fills me with a deep sense of sadness and pity. Saying that my post has caused you to lose your faith is extremely troubling to a person like me. You see, since I chose to cure myself of my homosexuality, I have devoted my life to helping lost souls come to Jesus. Driving someone away from light is the very worst thing I could ever imagine doing, and trust me, before I was Saved© I did some incredibly horrific things.

To wit, I and a group of like minded homosexualist junkies once, on an all night sex rampage fueled by hallucinogens, amphetamines, and ether, raped a young man to death and then burned his lifeless body before dumping it into the San Francisco Bay. So I know a thing or two about being horrified, but my guilt the morning after that tragic event is nothing compared to the feeling of failure that your post has left lodged in my formerly carefree soul.

Son, come back to us. Come back to Jesus. Because I do not believe my tender heart could bear the responsibility of sending a sweet, innocent Christian like you to an eternity of torture in the depths of Hell.
