I've been thinking about trying to get a little extra income to cover the rising cost of everything. Today I read a blog with a lot of good information about getting help setting up a business. It's a Christian blog, too, which gives me confidence:

Hi, my name is Beth Fisher and I started this blog because I wanted to share with my friends, family and loved ones how I was able to pay off all my debt in a few months simply by spending a couple minutes filling out a few forms online!
The Quick Facts:

Get the money that the government owes you. Each year, the US Government gives out billions and billions in Grants to people just like you. No one ever thinks they can really get a grant, which makes it easier for the few people who actually try! In 30 days I was able to get a $12,000 check from the US Govt which I never have to pay back, and started an easy online business which makes me over $5,000 a month with about 12 hours of work per week. Best of all, this is money that I will never have to pay back.

To get started, all I did was fill out two 2 forms online for a free, federally funded grant programs:

The rest was easy. I got my first grant money within 30 days and was able to pay off all my debt, and I started my own business that I love. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I'm a devout mother of two with very little computer skills (my daughter Claire helped me set this site up) and my full time 'job' is a homemaker. If I had more time to devote to this, I'd probably be making so much more.

Note: I hate all those "get rich quick" schemes you see on TV where they tell you that you're going to make thousands on real estate investing or some other nonsense. Don't fall for those shows, it costs hundreds to get started and is usually a scam. The stuff I did here is all free to get started and took me a long time to research.
A few years ago, my husband and I ended up running up a significant amount of credit card debt and we didn't really have the means to pay this off. After our second child, Jack, was born I had to quit my job and the loss of this additional income prevented us from fixing our financial problems. In order to cover our bills and give our blessed children the best life we could, I needed to find a way to make some additional money.
I started to do some research, and asked my friend James who I attend Mass with as he has been running his own online business since 2004 and doing great. I'm really glad I did. He recommended I apply for some government grants by using two free programs you can get online called Grants For You and Government Funded Grants to help me get started and clear my debt. So I took his advice, and here is exactly what I did:
Step 1:

Get Your Free Grant Kit - This was the first, step in the process. I had to pay a $1.99 shipping fee, but seriously, for the amount I got back from this, it seems foolish that I spent so long debating on whether to try it. After getting this program, I was immediately able to apply for thousands of grants that most people don't know about. To my surprise, there were A LOT of grants allocated for devout Christians and people who regularly attend religious services and do missionary work so I made sure to apply for these. It was really little hassle and I was amazed that more people didn't know about it. With just 1 application I was able to get a check for $12,000 which I will never have to pay back. It helped me:

• Pay off our credit card debt
• Pay for some of our home loans
• Make a large donation to my local church
• Help my new online business get started

Step 2:

Government Funded Grants - This is the second grant that I applied for, and probably more important than the first one. James did this years ago, and now he's making a substantial amount money, and able to provide a great life for his wife and son, Darren. I'm not to that point yet, but then again, I had only been getting these grants for a few months. These grants contain a lot of federal stimulus packages that the above one doesn't include, so James really recommended that I get both programs. I figure it doesn't hurt to apply for a couple of grants and I'm really glad that I did

My Life Now:

Thanks to the advice from James, and the 2 forms I filled out, I'm doing great. My husband and I have enough money for household expenses and taking care of my family and we've saved up a good amount for a rainy day. I was pretty shocked to find out that someone with little computer skills like me could make good money online, but hey, I'm not complaining, I'm Blessed . Not to worry, Pastor! Obama has promised to not just maintain, but EXPAND Bush's Office of Faith-Basted Organizations!

I'm sure there will soon be grants available for evangelizing, and campaigns against gay marriage and divorce, all guided by Obama's new Pastor, Rick Warren.

When will churches do the same?

After all, what is more important to this world? Money, or saving souls?

Imagine what our churches could do with $700 billion in TARP (Teaching All Republican Politics) funds . . .
