Yet again, the false Christian false conservatives at Conservapedia, the (Un)trustworthy Encyclopedia, have spat on Our Lord and His Word. In the article on Biblical inerrancy, someone dared to express confidence in God's ability to preserve His Word, but then that editor's statement was twisted to read as follows:
Do you see what they did there? We're supposed to trust this "Chicago Statement" thing concerning God's Word; we're just not supposed to trust God's Word concerning God's Word.
Also, I guess those play-acting "Christians" don't consider the Trinity to be an essential teaching. Let's compare the KJV, which is God's preserved Word, with the NIV (and may Jesus forgive me for quoting the latter, even to rebuke apostates):
1 John 5:7-8 (KJV): For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.
1 John 5:7-8 (NIV): For there are three that testify: the [fn] Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement.
Surely even those wicked sinners see a difference. If they don't take the King James Bible seriously as God's preserved word, how can they expect to be taken seriously when they rebuke homosexuals for not doing so either?
