It makes me sick to think of American flags being burnt. Why is Congress not doing anything about it?! It beggars belief.

Many other issues just make me furious. The ten commandments, supporting the troops, welfare, anything to do with the gays... it all makes me white hot with rage. I mean, who could care less about the finer points of tax policy or health insurance when this is going on. #MADRIGHTNOW

The Congress is useless. The Donald is not. He's decided that all flag-burners hence shall receive what they deserve, a prison sentence!

President-elect Donald Trump proposed on Tuesday a penalty -- including possible jail time or loss of citizenship -- for burning the American flag, in spite of two US Supreme Court rulings that protect the act under the First Amendment as a form of free speech.

"Nobody should be allowed to burn the American flag -- if they do, there must be consequences -- perhaps loss of citizenship or year in jail!" Trump tweeted.

With Jesus on our side, this legislation will pass the Congress smoothly!

What bugs me is how the Communist flag burners claim "we are protected by the First Amendment."

The First Amendment is about free speech. It's free speech to say "flag burning". Burning the flag is burning the flag, not giving a speech.

Any nitwit can see the First Amendment does not say pinkos can burn our sacred flag. The unpatriotic liberals who do it should be put in jail.

My take on this situation is that, in a much larger sense, we rely too much on government to make and enforce rules. Are we not men? Many issues that confront us on a daily basis are things we should be taking care of ourselves, without throwing ourselves at the foot of the throne and begging the government for help. This flag burning is a case in point. Flag burners are always in close proximity to fire. It is a fact that never varies. Gasoline is quite flammable and even the fumes ignite easily. I have found it very useful to carry a small amount of gasoline in a bottle at all times. It is every bit as useful as my revolver and leads (usually) to fewer questions asked when I have to use it. In the case of flag burners, it is not even necessary to use a match. One simply throws the gasoline on the offender and the fumes will ignite from the open flame on the flag. It is a very effective remedy and poetic justice is the best description I can think of.

Are losing one's American citizenship and a year in jail comparable? As a woman, I am in no position to know the nuances of the issues of jurisprudence. Really, I can barely spell.


What if the penalty was losing one's citizenship AND a year in jail? Would that be workable? And if a person is jailed as a non-citizen, then their taxes wouldn't go towards paying for their prison stay. ( Neither do the Donald's, but that's another matter.)


Who would pay for the upkeep of the imprisoned? Could we charge the country to blame for the non-citizen? Could we require people to pay the costs associated with their own incarceration?


That last idea seems completely justifiable. Former jailbirds are always talking about "having paid their debt to society". Maybe President Trump should really make them pay. During the Inquisition in Europe family members were often presented with the bill for the services provided by the torturers. (As with doctors and other professionals, it's not just their time that you are paying for, but the years of training.)


There are so many ways to help the economy and hard-working whites while protecting the Red, White and Blue. Prisons can be made to grow their own food and other agricultural products to be marketed. I hear cotton is a valuable crop.


So many female inmates are immoral prostitutes. I know the Lord condemns fornication, but legal concubinage does have Biblical precedent.


Finally, what about all those sad people on waiting lists for transplantable organs? Do people in prisons really need two kidneys? Seems like indulgent hoarding to me.


So, to sum up-- loss of citizenship, loss of freedom, loss of a lung-- there are so many options for our in-coming president to consider. I am so very glad that as a mere woman I don't have to make these tough decisions.

These can be important for Mr. Trump to use as Tweet material just before releasing some boring details about healthcare bills or oil pipelines or tax relief for trillionaires. If you could be sure to exhibit the correct amount of outrage at the appropriate time - ideally, fill the media airtime with half-brained thoughts about extracting prisoner's organs - then Mr. Trump would thank you for your service to America.

I personally believe Mr. Trump will re-tweet you (whatever that means) if you provide a sufficiently thought-provoking idea.

What an excellent idea!

The price they pay should also reflect the quality of the cell. If you are a millionaire, and in most cases really not a bad guy, like for example Bernie Madoff, you can pay to stay in a large 5 room cell with tv, cable and internet, wifi, even jazuzzi bathtub if you can afford it.

If you are a poor thug negro from the hood, or a lazy social justice warrior libtard, expect a shithole in the basement with no windows, mud as floor, and the toilet being a hole in the floor, no bed, an empty plastic bottle as pillow. When you can't afford paying the rate anylonger, donate some organs and you maybe will be able to afford to stay a year or two more. When you don't have enough money or organs to pay for the rest of the sentence anylonger, it's time for the firing squad. The bill for the bullets will of course be sent to nearest relative. Sounds harsh? Yes! But if this was the scenario, maybe people will think twice before burning the flag or breaking in to someone's house! If you don't have enough money to do the time, don't do the crime! As simple as that.

I know! Right? The rich can afford better things and thus deserve better treatment. There's a reason why the Lord blessed them, after all. Even when they go through rough things like indictments and arrests, things tend to work well for them--just like Job in the Bible.

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.


Here we see that God offers His follows abundance, but thieves and murderers should not expect to be coddled. . . Nor should flag burners. Why not spit in Baby Jesus' face while you're at it?

How very true! My husband doesn't work to support these ne'er-do-wells. I think those of us who disapprove of criminals should be allowed to withhold that portion of our taxes that goes towards feeding and housing them. Or, for those of us who don't pay taxes, we should get a refund of that amount.
