Friends, I came across a rather disturbing article passed along by a facebook "friend."
This particular so-called "media journal" is very much a part of the Gay Agenda. Please note how they try to remain professional looking by adding superfluous "facts," while passing on their propaganda and outright lies. It's meant to mislead you by making you feel that they must be trustworthy, and therefore their information is good. I decided to break it down and use it as a teaching tool with my children in our homeschool day. Here is the final result we, as a concerned, moral, patriotic , True Christian™ family came up with. Please feel free to add as you see fit. My children will be studying from your contributions.
Top 10 Ways DOMA Keeps America Safe:
1. Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Benefits. Nearly 430,000 same-sex partners remain barred from taking leave to care for a same-sex spouse under the FMLA, even if they marry.
FACT: Family Medical Leave Act is for FAMILIES, not two sodomites or lesbeans “playing house” or “hide the pickle” with each other. This is OUR tax dollars going to work here, and WE should have the right to decide who deserves it!

2. Benefits for Spouses of Federal Employees. The same-sex spouses and partners of over 30,000 federal employees are ineligible for important benefits available to different-sex married spouses.
FACT: If the Obama’s posse of butt-buddies wants to take all the jobs away from the private sector, they should not be complaining about not getting paid for it. These benefits are supposed to aid the hard-working public sector of the government, the one that works FOR US, not AGAINST US by robbing our country's moral fabric, and raping children.

FACT: The Military has been beaten down by the Gay Agenda, what with being forced to let in limp-wristed Nancy Boys to "defend" our country. We all know why gays join the military in the first place - group showers. It’s disgusting, it’s dangerous, and it’s sinful. Approximately 41,000 employees with a same-sex spouse or domestic partner pay, on average, over $1,000 more in taxes per year than an employee receiving the same health benefits for a different-sex spouse.
FACT: “Same-Sex Spouse” is an oxymormon, and therefore is not a real thing. People who are not married are expected to pay full taxes because we as a society recognize the family is the integral base unit of stability in any culture. Rewarding marriage is to reward society. Supporting sodomites is to support disease, violence, child abuse, and natural disasters.

5. Spousal Impoverishment Protections for Medicaid Long Term Care (LTC). Medicaid LTC beneficiaries may have to use some of their spouse’s income and assets to pay for LTC. Federal law requires states to allow different-sex spouses to retain income and assets to protect them from destitution. However, about 1,700-3,000 individuals whose same-sex spouses or partners receive Medicaid-financed LTC are not protected by these spousal impoverishment provisions.
FACT: There are more than 3000 public school children oppressed by the Gay Agenda in every state alone! These children will grow up to think sodomy is "normal" and even "good fun."
