When the LORD is the head of the household (Ephesians 5:23), it's not called abuse, it's Biblical Rulership. What you seem to be forgetting is that it's not the woman's consent that is needed, it's God's.

The Bible(KJV1611) is the very written word of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ Himself. This is axiomatic and therefor by definition correct. And if you doubt me what about this?

But more to the point Jesus guarantees it. If He didn’t think the man would make a good father he would not have sent him on his mission of life creation?

Please specify, who are you referring to? Are you saying that people who follow Deuteronomy 22:28 are dumb? Or that the author of Deuteronomy 22:28 is dumb? In either case, you seem to disagree with the premise that the Holy Bible is the Word of God.

It is way different now, if someone rape or sexually assault a woman without her concern then that person must be put in jail.

That's because current laws have been crafted by people who hate God and enjoy spitting in Jesus' face.

And let's not forget that the rapists get off much too easy nowadays. God's punishment is much more severe.

Imagine: The raping man will have to marry and gain ownership of the permanently damaged goods and divorce will never ever be an alternative! The man will have to consummate the marriage not with a virgin but with a recycled woman whose birth canal is no longer pristine but retains the stretch marks of the previous invasion.

In addition, the man will be in severe financial distress with the 50-shekel payment for the victim of the crime, the father of the woman, to transfer the ownership of the property. This will cause permanent economical stress on the man. The prisoner has it much easier with carefully balanced meals, conjugal visits of a spouse of any gender, recreational activities, male camaraderie and exercise.

Changing this most severe life-long punishment to a mere prison sentence is undoubtedly one of the main reasons for the increasing incidence of the plagues of conventional and altar boy rape, especially within the Catholic community. The legislator should have left revenge in the Hands of God and Jesus where it belongs. They know how to take care of things.
