First of all, we only use the King James Bible here. Sure you may want to flip through the different Bibles until you find one that you like, but we take the Bible literally word by word.

So why exactly did you bring up a thread that's over 2 years old in order to grace us with your convoluted bull "wisdom"
I only educate much the same way you do. State facts and evidence to support it.

The BIBLE was written for all time, friends. It is never changing. We can read it literally today and get the exact Word of GOD™ out of it, none of this nonsense about some man knowing what’s really in the BIBLE based on some sekkylure “history” book he read.

    Mal 3:6. For I am the LORD, I change not;
Rev 1:8. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
I have a question about this, stemming from the discussion in this thread:http://www.landoverbaptist.net/showthread.php?t=8265

We were discussing the question as to what is considered men's clothing and what is considered women's clothing. Dances with Joy said

The Scripture quoted clearly states that God does not change. But the times do, as well as the customs of people. How are we to read the Bible in relation to the changing times and modern customs of Christians? How are we to know what is women's clothing and what is men's in God's eyes?

I'm looking for a Pastor's guidance on this matter, as I am not educated enough to understand this.

Genesis 6:6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

If GOD can repent creating the entire human race, repenting killing a single sinner must be a walk in the repenting park.

    God doesn't make mistakes.
Rather, it's all part of His divine will and plan, He kills and revives whoever He wishes, and for whatever reasons He sees fit.
The fact that you cannot understand said reasons only testifies of your own imperfection, not God's.

The LORD killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up.
    1 Samuel 2:6

God is the judge, not you. God judge men.. Men don't judge God.

Matthew 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Most people will be destroyed, and only a few will get into Heaven! That's the way GOD wants it.

It's not a sin if they do it, only if someone does it when God hasn't told them to. Killing is a crime if you do it, but honourable and praiseworthy if a Godly US Marine does it to an insurgent jihadist 12-year-old enemy combatant. Understood?

What are you banging on about now? Are you trying to tell us that you're not an empty-headed female, but a queer sissyboy transvestite?

It is certainly true that the vast majority of people on earth will not go to Heaven after Jesus kills them. God is a killer. Jesus will return as a warrior. Look at the Book of Revelations and you'll find out that Jesus is going to come back as a killer. And don't you forget that. God will kill a third of the population, a third of the earth. He is no hippie.

Jesus doesn't care what color your hair is. He cares about complete, utter obediance. He wants you to follow the Holy Bible, find a Godly man to marry and subjugate you, and to tithe.
