    Downloadable KJV1611 Holy Bible

    Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the Holy Bible (KJV1611) off the Internet? I found a NIV version but everyone knows that only the KJV1611 is the true word of God. Thanks for the help.

    YIC,

      http://www.biblegateway.com/ is a searchable online database. Unfortunately is has many false versions there as well. I use it sometimes, but only use the King James version option.

      http://bible.equike.com/bible.php uses the King James version only, at least according to them. I haven't used this one, but someone should check it out.

      http://bibledatabase.org/html_bibles.html are downloadable HTML bibles and searchable databases.

      http://www.asksam.com/ebooks/Bible/ is a downloadable version of the KJV1611 bible, or you can just search the database online. There are also some downloadable political files like the Patriot Act.
      "If thou buy an Hebrew servant, six years he shall serve: and in the seventh he shall go out free for nothing. . . . And if a man sell his daughter to be a maidservant, she shall not go out as the manservant's do."
      (Leviticus 21:6-7)

        Are you one of those Jews For Jesus types? It'd explain why you want to read the Holy Bible, but you don't want to pay for it.
        O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.

        God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

          As a self-proclaimed hacker for God, he certainly isn't very resourceful if he has to ask a question like that.
          Hell's foundations quiver at the shout of praise;
          brothers, lift your voices, loud your anthems raise.

            I am a Christian and I would certainly pay any amount. You see, I travel with my computer a lot and would like to have it their for quick reference during online debates, etc. Plus, computer versions can be searched by word, topic, etc.

            Yours in Christ,

            Brother Daniel

            P.S. WJB: I just didn't want to wade through all the secular propaganda about the Bible when I could ask God's Favorite Church.

                I don't take advice from sinners!! Deuteronomy. 22:5 says, “A woman shall not wear man’s clothing, nor shall a man put on a woman’s clothing; for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord your God." Reform or burn in Hell! Jesus commands it.
