Oh where, oh where to start. First of all, just because an approx. 5,000 year old hammer was found with supposedly 140,000 year old fossils, proves nothing. The fossils could have very well been exposed by geological activity, discovered by ancient civilizations, and covered up years later. Another viable possibility is that the area was indeed unearthed by an ancient civilization, possibly in the building of any of various structures, and later buried as the civilization migrated/disbanded/was destroyed. The only way to ascertain whether or not the fossils and hammer are indeed from the same time period would be to use carbon dating for, as I have demonstrated, relative dating can only go so far in such instances.

With the utmost respect and admiration, could this not be one of the hammers used by Father NOAH in his construction of the Ark? It is a scientifical FACT that the Ark was built by Noah and his sons (as seen in the Hannah-Barbara "Noah and the Ark" documentary), so perhaps they used a nail here and there (to help sure up the sap and whatnot). GOD probably gave them the hammer, which would explain why it is
of "exceptional quality".

Well I am of the opinion that Noah and his sons ran a factory to exploit the cheep labor of the antediluvian world like proper Godly white men. The hammer was probably produced there. I doubt it would be one used on the ark since Noah would need to keep the tools he used for rebuilding after the floor.
