I have never heard such garbage in my entire life. I am normally respectful of peoples views but this is absurd, and certainly cannot be proved with a Bible. This never happened. If it did, it was a hoax.

The only thing you ever base your knowlege on is the Bible. Where in the Bible does it say this experiment happened? If you didn't get this research from the Bible, then you are a hypocrite. You bash everyone for relying on science, but when the experiment is in your favor, all of a sudden it is a good thing?

Do really think that all of the people at the top of the US government are absolutely clueless? Why aren't they in an absolute panic about the levels of debt they've built up (yes, a lot of it is to China, but most is to themselves and their own citizens)?

If any of their creditors dare to call in any more of that debt than the US gov't is willing to deal with at that time, they're just going to re-value their currency (all US public debt is in US dollars, neat trick) and *poof* there goes anything of actual value in that debt. Either that, or just default (as has been done many many times, see Greece, Chile, Argentina, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Iceland, Germany [both East and West and combined], etc.) and pay NOTHING.

Everyone knows this, and knows that if anyone is stupid enough to force the US to even think about doing something like, they'll screw their own economies over, as badly or even worse than what would happen to the US economy (outright default? couple of years to pay off a token amount and then you're right back where you started, with a clean balance sheet no less), so no one says boo.

Think about the concept of money in the first place. Is that piece of paper in your hand actually worth anything? No. The only value it holds is in the belief of others that it's worth something. The balance in your bank account is just bits in a computer memory, worth even less until someone else thinks that they're worth something.

China's more than happy to keep collecting interest on the US debt they own, and to keep the charade going. If they ever did anything else, they'd lose the #1 market for their exports, there go the jobs making the crap to export, and here comes another Chinese revolution powered by 200 million+ unemployed, and there go the people running China right now off to the firing squad (and over there, they give you bullets, not a pink slip).

You have the right (as a citizen of a Western democracy) to be a fuggin idjit. What you don't have the right to is to pronounce all of your delusions (based mostly on ignorance and paranoia) as truth and not be called out for the idjit you are.
