If he can create everything, why wouldn't he just create a book in no time?

Re: Another nail in the Darwinist coffin
If the Bible were fiction, then how do you explain your presence? Where does everything around you come from? How can you say things so patently absurd? Without God, there is nothing.Originally posted by Dances with Joy View PostI have read it. It's an interesting anthology of fiction.

Re: Another nail in the Darwinist coffin
God uses people as tools all the time. That is like asking why God is will the Ark to appear instead of tasking Noah with a do it. God does this to fool sinners like you.Originally posted by Dances with Joy View PostIf he's omnipotent, then why did he need to bother with having mere mortals write it all down? Yes, Job was a man in the Old Testament, not one of the 12.Originally posted by Peter View PostYou know why the bible chapters have names like "Job" or "Luke",...?
Because the disciples of Jesus wrote the bible. And you TCs should know what the names of the disciples were...
We know that... do you?

After all, it is God's Word.

Jesus actually watches over me all day long.
No one is sat on my lap, I just use my brains (which everyone has, thanks to evolution) and think logically and by doing experiments,...
And then I see that every religion is wrong.
So, you agree The Bible exists. It was written by God. So therefore God must be real. And what's the proof that god wrote it?
You really do have some personal issues don't you?
It's quite easy really, even for a mere Woman like me.

The bible exists, but it doesn't mean that the text inside is true.

We've been through this before. It was written by men who claimed that God was dictating it to them. Anyone can do that.

Darwin is not the only evolution scientist.Originally posted by Sister Talitha View PostWell, I'm sat here with a Bible on my Lap.
That's very real.
Are you sat there with Darwin on your Lap?
No?
I didn't think so.
Case proven. The Bible (KJV1611) is real!

And I sit here with a copy of Cat's Cradle on my lap. It says "no damn cat, no damn cradle." What makes your storybook more true than mine?
