I believe Dr. Hovind to be completely innocent of the alleged crime of "tax evasion", and furthermore believe Hovind's 10 year sentence to be patently unjust and based upon an effort to silence his ministry.

He got into Harvard and Yale because of his Dad. There is no way that Bush could have had the intelligence to exist in such prestigious schools. An example of his stupidity: In order to join the airforce for the Vietnam war, one must have received a 40% on a written exam. The mean was a 77% while Bush brought the average down by receiving a 40%.
