One can argue that wealth and power are not always good things. Wealth and power can make us greedy and corrupt us. America may be the world power for now. But who's to say they will be in the next 50 years? The British empire was queen of the world for some times before the great war, alongside the tzar empire, Ottoman and the Austro-Hungarian. And stop the nonsense about everything having to be literally mentioned in the Bible. There are occasions when we can infer matters from what is said in the KJV1611. Of course God was not going to make a book that covered every tiny little point. He aimed it at those with some brains, not foriegners. And it was not written by an Englishman, it was inspired by God -- he guided the hands and minds of those who transcribed the KJV1611.

If it's not in the Bible I sharn't believe it. You can' just say things as fact, and say God likes this, when you have no biblical proof for it. If the King James bible is the word of God, then anyone with access to it, is surely then as equal as you americans. If they follow the way you do. Then the country of origin is irrelevent, Because no where does it say God loves americans most. Now if someone was to find such a passage which clearly says America. I would jump off my broomstick and convert. This is how sure I am that no such passage exists!

Thirdly.. if the bible say it is wrong for.. persons of a darker skin tone to sleep on their porches all day then it is wrong. But as the bible says nothing on the subject.. Friend, the passages in the Bible were written thousands of years ago...before America was known to exist. Now, if the scribes who had the KJV1611 dictated to them by God in the language he prefers, were to somehow sneak a reference in about America...well, that would just ruin the integrity of the Bible now wouldn't it? People would easily spot it and call the Bible a useless piece of trash.

Keep in mind, the Bible never said anything about not allowing darkies to sleep on their porch all day; but that doesn't make it right.
