A friend of mine wants to know is xe a goth? Xyr likes are reds, pinks, blues, lime trimmed with gold or snow white, lace and chintz. High heels. I've told xem that it's not such a good look but xe just shrugs.

Last night I saw xem in a vile plum cape that must have been xyrs, no one else would buy such a thing, it clashed so bad which is why I thought "is xe a goth?" coz goths clash.

Deuteronomy 22:5 "The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the thy ."

I Timothy 2:9 "In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;"

As you can see from those two verses, the , indeed, is very particular about how one is dressed. I so hope that neither of these commands from the apply to you and your situation.

For your information, the Goths who gave the name for the art/architecture/epoch were a bunch of unwashed and unshaven savages who pillaged the Roman Empire.

I am pretty sure most of the self-proclaimed goths of today are not wearing the same clothes as the Goths of the late Antiquity/early Middle Ages.
