That is very true, Mr. Creeser. When I was a heathen animist I consumed all Satan's muck whenever he told me to. The list of ingredients is too long to post here, but suffice it to say that he just adored shovelling it into us (heathen animists, that is, as many of us here were) and certainly still does (into them) at their orgies.

When I first heard the name "My Chemical Romance" I knew immediately what it meant. It is impossible to enjoy any of this so called "music" without being on drugs AND in the deep embrace of Satan.

I would do that, too, if I wanted people to keep buying my overpriced merchandise.

First I would just like to say that all you Christians are insane. You keep saying that the music of my chemical romance and leathermouth are to blame for suicide and murder rampages. First of have you ever thought that America’s weak laws on gun control may have anything to do with this and secondly consider the amount of wars that have been started in history because or religious issues. The war that is currently going on now has been a matter of religion.
As for saying that this thread/petition had made the rate of shootings and deaths go up I wouldn’t believe some small Baptist group on statistics. I’m not saying that it is a terrible thing that people have died but I would say that there would have been many outside factors the their decisions and I doubt that this small thread would have been one of them considering the small amount of people who have actually been on it.
While not meaning to undermine your “faith” you have to remember that a lot of the bible is based around morality stories and are not FACT which means that they shouldn’t be taken literally.
Having a strong passion in life is something that helps people stay grounded in their life. For some people that maybe religion and their belief in God but for me and for many other people like me music is that substitute. I was raised in a religious family but chose not to follow because I don’t believe.
I listen to and like both of these bands yet I have never wanted to commit suicide or go on a rampage.
I was bullied severely in school yet I never wanted to kill my classmates. It was actually the POSITIVE message put forth by my chemical romance to ‘carry on and to be strong’ that helped me through this time.
Reading your hateful comments about something that brings me so much joy and so much joy to many other people has made me more angry and more likely (though still not very) to go on a rampage than listening to any other music by this artist or any others that have more explicit lyrics than these bands.
As many other people have suggested before me if you had actually bothered to do your research and see what these bands really stood for you may not have the same opinion (though you seem to want to shove your religion down all of our throats).
For every quote you lot have given that promotes ‘defiance’ and so forth I can find ten more the provide hope. Also have you ever given any thought to the literary thought behind any of these lyrics, there are such things as metaphors and symbolism. One of their songs talks about vampires which are obviously not real they are a symbol for the corruption in our society, some of which I might add comes from the discrepancies of religious beliefs.

At all of their concerts that I have been to any many that I have seen on the internet they have provided support and suggesting that people who are hurting should seek help, even if is simply a friend that can talk to or someone that can trust.

Lastly before any of you quote the bible at me or suggest that I go read the bible so that I can be saved I just wanted to tell you that I already have, I have studied it in great depth along with many other religions and yet I still choose not to believe.
