This forum. All threads I have seen have been very ill-informed. Brother Current himself has made sure to bash all other religions without a scrap of proof. This emote itself is RACIST!

Brother Soranus, it's still not too late to renounce your radical heathen views. I myself came to this board possessed by the foul spirit of an atheist, maybe this is the case for you too. Upon my arrival, I too denounced this emote as racist. But my brothers here at Landover have expunged this dark atheist from my mind, and shown me that it is not racist, it is heretics feelings the wrath of the Lord!

God gave people free will so he/she can chose the Christian denomination he/she wants.
And don't judge other's while your denomination is not older than 500 years or maybe less. And you're a lier and you/we know it.
People can judge and get informed by themselves. You can talk but you can't drive anyone to chose landover baptists or others.
It's up to them.

• Show us in The Bible were we are allowed to make stuff in worshiping God?
• We are following the tradition as described in The Bible, that makes our "denomination" two thousands years old, not 1500 years old like the Catholic church.
• They are allowed to chose; Christ offer of SALVATION™ or eternal damnation.

Further more we TRUE Christians™ so sure we have to one TRUE and correct way we put our money were our mouth is. You join the Landover congregation your salvation is guaranteed or your money back. Can the Catholics or those other denominations match that?

I like how 'Brother Current' seems to shift all blames. He claims Americans never fought in the crusades. Of course, they weren't, history tells us that at the time it would have been inhabited by Incas, Aztecs and Mayans, generally. Oh and not to forget Native Americans, you know, the ones who were killed for a landgrab? Well face it, you're all living on stolen ground, if God gave it to you it would have been yours initially.

Secondly, where he says no Americans fought in the crusades. He obviously means White Caucasians. And then he should say Christian. Now, unless almost every book I have ever read has lied to me (I have read the Bible) Catholic Christians, who read the same allegedly 'good' book as all other Christians, invaded the Holy Land. They claimed this was to reclaim the sacred city of Jerusalem. Well, it really wasn't - this was a facade. Gold, treasure and SLAVES were brought back, and every country that fought in the crusades were rich. Obviously it was so prosperous because there were three!

Anyway, to the point. The title is misleading. It preaches that Christianity never started a war. They have. And i actually laughed at the 'if Allah exists ... if God exists part' Surely that was biased?

Now why would a religion that teaches peace and love seek to segregate people. If I was a healthily practicing atheist (Which I am. Yes.) and lived a clean life with no sins, why should I be denied entrance to Heaven by an endlessly forgiving god? The answer:He is not forgiving. A god that condemned millions to death in the great flood. Genocide. Who killed all who so much as touched the Ark of the Covenant? Fickle. Then suddenly God changes to a loving entity with the coming of Christ and the New Testament? This is easy. EASY. Religion has always been a form of social control, and it has worked fantastically on everyone here, save for the few who are 'Saved' from being this forum's class of Saved(-TM-). In The Old Testament's days people loved to follow religions encircled by force and violence, a driving force. This religion had it's following, therefore it could change. To attract more, it softened. And it's worked hasn't it? It's fooled the middle 'Bible Belt' of America. I cannot believe that some states are sobre, when Jesus Christ himself drank wine.

I'm sure the replies will flood in, with 'God save you' I even hope I get a section in the prayers board. Truth is, if this is God I don't think I want him to. If behind the pearly gates wait this forum's community, I'd rather sit beside Judas Escariot and burn for eternity. Therefore, you need not damn me, I have damned myself. In my opinion, It's what you do on this Earth that really matters, and all this faith, and most faiths seek to alienate and hide wisdom from the masses. (save for Buddhism ,Taoism and Confucianism, they teach wisdom, they don't hide it.)

In conclusion,this forum's system reminds me of The Dark Ages. Any wonder why a time governed by religion was called The Dark Ages? I do. The religions that covered people, thinking for them, stopped them from developing. Technological development actually fell and stagnated throughout. Why this forum likens to The Dark Ages? This Saved™ bollocks(Bollocks is not a curse word, i'm VERY well schooled.) is just like pennance, how you could be more likely than another to enter Heaven by paying money (you don't have to pay money in this forum, but you do have somebody tell you if you can be saved or not. Therefore they think for you). Thankfully Today's world is showing a decrease in religion. The Bible teaches 'Love thy neighbour' therefore don't support the war effort Brother Current, that makes you a Heretic, not that I care, for I am, because I doubt that God exists. Many times i prayed for signs, just to have a little scholarly study, but no apparitions. Maybe i should take what Joan of Arc was taking. Furthermore, anyone who has played Chinese whispers knows it distorts as it is passed between person to person. Now play that for 200 years with a story, and you'll get the New Testament. The first book of the New Testament was wrote 200 years after Jesus's death. I rest my case. Fire away and 'forgive' me.

I think I understand what you mean.. If its used in God's name, very well, if not, very bad. But if you seek real Christian religion, find a Christian Church ( Protestant, Catholic, Orthodox, doesen't really matter, they all worship the same God). Real people will help you to find what you are looking for and they will give you proves and whatever you need, because its real life after all. It's worth it and you don't lose anything.
