His nickname is Shadow (in other words he does have a given name), his hair is clean cut, eyes deep and black as night (like mine), intimidating only when he's angry, Tripp (i.e. the clothes with all the buckles and chains) are reserved for raves, and no fishnet for him. And he went to school for culinary art because that's what he likes to do, and he makes the best food that I have ever tasted.

Because his name is "shadow" and as a Goth he probably has grotesque tattoos and ridiculous piercings and contacts that make his eyes ghostly white instead of the typical yellow rimmed black most coloreds have. He probably wears lots of black, has pantyhose on his arms, chains and buckles all over his costume. I'm sure he's scary and intimidating and probably has hair like The Predator from the movie.

Who says I hang my head in shame? To be ashamed of love is positively the most rediculous thing I've ever heard. The sentance was ment to be taken that interviewers know nothing (and usually ask nothing) about a marriage or relationship. The reason for the nickname has already been given earlier.

Thats why it wouldn't be why they didn't hire you. It would be the racist and unfair "Affirmitive Action" or it would be the discriminatory and unfair "Disabilities Act" or it would be because you weren't qualified or most likely you just wouldn't get a call back. They will find a reason to refuse you without it seeming like it's because of the lurking black guy behind you. Fair or not it's just how it is. America is racist against white people and being married to a black fella doesn't help our cause.

Umm....no. Not obtaining a job because of who you are married to (or you religion) is discrimination and it's illegal. All I would have to do is threaten with a lawsuit or go to the local media. Simple.

Anyway, as long as you are still unsoiled by his darky seed then there might be a chance for you to be a moderately successful person.
Interracial couples never fare well if they start out unfamous. The Nazi whore Heidi Klum and the known African "Seal" are an obvious example of how having loads of money can make it work where normally it would fail. Without their fame they would be working at WalMart and Burger King like all the other mixed couples because no one wants to hire people that make them uncomfortable.
Like it or not, black folks are naturally scary and intimidating to white people who matter.
