Re: Dyslexia: An Excuse For Being Lazy!

Dyslexia is completely real when I was about 5 and started to learn how to write I would always mirror write which means you need a mirror to read my writing because it was on reverse it took me several years to overcome it. It has nothing to do with teaching methods and I can prove it because I was the only person in the class who did. With years of hard work and practice I greatly over it, their are time when I will mirror time but it's very rare know.

I don't think you're understanding, sweetie. We have already provided you with plenty of Bible verses which say that beating leaving black and blue marks is the God-approved form of correction.

The Bible doesn't specify that we should beat our children for all correction except dyslexia. Therefore, beating is a God-approved form of correction for everything including dyslexia.

I would be very obliged if you could find appropriate Scripture to support that claim.

    Yeah, that's what I thought.

Well, if it can be cured, then the parents should get to it right away:

Proverbs 13:24 He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.

    Proverbs 22:15
Foolishness [is] bound in the heart of a child; [but] the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.

    Proverbs 23:13-14
13 Withhold not correction from the child: for [if] thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die.
14 Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell.

Proverbs 29:15 The rod and reproof give wisdom: but a child left [to himself] bringeth his mother to shame.

And let's see what the Bible actually says, shall we?

Proverbs 16:4 "The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil."

Deuteronomy 23:2 "A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD."

Numbers 14:18 "The LORD is longsuffering, and of great mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression, and by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation."

How about learning the truth about something before you criticize it? Helps to keep you from looking like an idiot.

how can a condition you are born with be a sin? Surely that is against your bible as it means that 'god' created somebody a sinner and therefore had a pass to hell without even having a life. Have a look at the science behind this sort of thing before you attribute it to a supernatural creator

Ah ha! A retard! I knew there was something wrong with this one. He's rude, too. He has been requested to make an introduction, but he has not. He is an Englishman and a know it all atheist.

Hell awaits the unsaved, fellow. Best get right with Jesus and quick.

Young miss, who do you think you are coming in here and presenting your opinions without even a hint of proof? You defend the sin of dyslexisism because you're guilty of it yourself. Where is your introduction thread, with your story of why you spit in Baby Jesus' face?
