And yes, actually, biology actually does count here, when it comes to you apparently "catching" down syndrome. It's how our bodies work. We can't catch gender from each other and wake up one morning as the other sex, we can't catch genetic information from each other and wake up with a different coloured hair or different coloured skin etc, and we can't wake up with a genetic physical or mental disorder, because they are passed down through GENES. DNA in our bodies inherited by our parents, who inherit it from their parents, etc. And, sometimes, Down Syndrome isn't even inherited, because it's a defect in which the cells that split multiply incorrectly, due to meiosis cell division, and therefore create 3 Chromosome 21s instead of 2. THIS is why people have Down Syndrome! You can't catch it, because you can't CATCH peoples DNA!

it may seem that way? but that's only because I'm extremely angry about this subject, this is one of the few things in life I actually strongly believe in, and will fight this fight as long as I physically can. No, you're right, I don't know the complete bible by heart. But I know enough so I can quote to back up my reasons and opinions. I'm doing EXACTLY what you're doing - fighting for what I believe in. Fighting for what I BELIEVE is right. Fighting for peace and love in this world. Fighting for people to love each other for who they are. And so what if God *apparently* hates Goths, Emos, Homosexuals, Disabled people, and other Religions? Can't we just let HIM deal with it in the afterlife? Why do we have to make people's lives hell in THIS life too? If we're all going to hell, then so be it. But that's more of a reason for us to be happy in this life, because apprently we won't be in the next. Or at least, the people who aren't of this church, apparently. Can't you just stop being so self-righteous and think of the rest of the world, and try and make them happy too? What gives YOU the right to make their lives hell simply because you have the right religion? And, if you're trying to convert people, it seriously won't work if you're telling everyone they're evil. They'll just hate you, and in return, will stay away from your church as much as possible.

I think we should start some sort of anti Goth movement. Pamphlets for the family, rehabilitation center. Maybe some private pastoral sessions?

Why don't you read the thread. There are full proof using scriptures. And you can find a lot of sites where Catlic faith is compared to the one Bible teaches us.

Actually, it's irrelevant to whether the bible contradict Catholics or not. They are classed as "Christian" because they BELIEVE in Christ and God and The Bible, whether Christ or God or The Bible believes in Catholics or not. And this is what faith is in the first place - "belief in god or in the doctrines or teachings of religion" (From Dictionary.com)
