Re: True Patriots Only - Which Amendments Should Be Repealed?
1st Amendment Freedom of Speech
Reform it back to the way the Founding Fathers wanted it before the activist judges got hold of it; freedom of speech for corporations and religious institutes. The rest is abuse. MODIFY
2nd Amendment Right to Bear Arms
Hell yes, with the provision that it only applies to American Citizens and not illegals like Muslims, Catholics, Mexicans and Africans. IN
3rd Amendment No Quartering of Troops in civilian housing.
Can stay, but it is dead letter since we are moving to privatizing the military threw Blackwater. IN
4th Amendment protection from unreasonable search and siezure.
Should be qualified with "being a Non-American (Muslim, Catholic, Mexican and Black) counts as reasonable search and seizure. IN
5th Amendment You can't be compelled to testify against yourself.
Should be tossed out. After if you aren't guilty you wouldn't be accused. IN
6th Amendment Speedy trial by jury
well I suppose there should be a trial for sentencing. IN
7th Amendment Civil Trials
Worst venue for abuse by special intrest groups and activists. OUT
8th Amendment: prohibition of cruel and unusual punishment.
Obvious enough why it is wrong. OUT
9th Amendment: Protection of rights not mentioned in the Constitution.
If Jesus didn't put in the Constitution it isn't a right. OUT!
10th Amendment: Power of States and the People
This should truimp all other rights. IN

I think the first amendment could use some clarification. Maybe they could add a line about your rights on internet forums.

Well, I guess you all know my opinions on this. I want the entire secular constitution scrapped, and God's Law put in it's place. Anything less is just appeasing satan.
Deuteronomy 4:2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.
Matthew 4:4 Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
James 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.

Why keep any of them? Its covered in the Bible, Except for the right to own guns, Jesus did not have one. I would expect that if He where here today He would be packing a .357 Colt Python.

And it is even funnier when they start by saying:
On the advice of my attorney . . .
so what do they be needing with a lawyer, already??
You take the 5th because your lawyer told you too ?!?!?!?!
Might as well get out the prison stripes and spread your cheeks for the pre-jail cavity search.

Let's not forget the ability for corporations to express their freedom of speech through campaign contributions.Originally posted by Pastor Isaac Peters View PostThe First Amendment needs to be applied correctly. Exactly, brother! We all know the police are always right. American police, unlike 3rd world hellholes, always dispense justice in an even and fair handed manner. If they think you did it, you did.Originally posted by Oakland "Reb" Griner View PostWhile it may not need repealed, I always get a chuckle out of the 5th Amendment when folks use it.
Think about it, as soon as some alleged miscreant asserts his 5th amendment rights, you know, they know, heck we all know, THEY'RE BUSTED !
So the 5th is pretty much worthless, and might as well be repealed to save paper.

I think it boils down to modification to some of them and that's why we need to have an all True Christian Supreme court. Repealing some could put us on a slippery slope. When I comes across a slippery slope I thank Jesus for napalm.
I would love to hear Officer Richards take on search and siezure.

Truly, Sir, I cannot disagree with you.
This may or may not be because I am in accordance with your stated views and opinions.
Esssentially, I cannot disagree since I have, by God's intended law, no opinion.
I would charge forth to support this noble movement to drag-- I mean triumphantly return -- our country back to the social form and standards that the Lord Himself has established as the template of a Godly Nation.
Every concentrated effort must be made to restore the appropriate social order to our country; in particular, a strenuous effort must be mounted in order to manhandle women back into their proper place serving in their husbands' homes!
I would lend my time and energy to you to aid in this auspicous cause to legislate ladies back behind closed doors in the God Sanctioned Patriarchal household.
Whores, I assume, could step out from time to time as long as they remain unseen and unacknowledged -- except when they are found dead by the roadside. At that point we have a Christian duty to pause at the sight before us and shake our heads in disapproval briefly before stepping aside to let the crows and vultures have their way with her rotting corpse as the Creator intended.
Of course, the one fly in the annointment is that I must attend to my kitchen duties and will not be able to gather in glory to support this goal to restrict women entirely to the spheres of domesticity for wives and daughters and whoredom for women lacking relatives to provide them with protection of male authority.
So, leaving my useless, addle-brained opinion out of this venue, I can assert that your cause will be in the forefront of my daily prayers.
For all the brothers concerned and ready to rally to to right the wrong and rescind women's rights, I say that we Godly - registered to vote Republican ladies- will be modestlly, wholeheartedly .and quite properly, behind you.
What little intelligence that we possess will be added to to your mission to protect us from our foolish female ways and general incompetence.
Because we really are that stupid.
Contradictrally Yours,
Handmaiden

The Constitution was perfect before the Liberals started meddling with it. Each and EVERY amendment is a slap in the faces of our Godly founding fathers!
As a True Christian™ patriot, I say repeal ALL of the amendments!

Re: True Patriots Only - Which Amendments Should Be Repealed?
The 2nd Amendment needs scrutinizing, amending and bringing into line with the true meaning and intention of the signatories.
1. A little history: English Bill of Rights of 1689 included Article VIII which read: "That the subjects which are Protestants* may have arms for their defence suitable to their conditions and as allowed by law." And this is the essence of what was intended.
2. As you may know, one aspect of the Dred Scott v. Sandford case turned on whether free blacks were “Citizens**” under Article III, Section 2 of the Constitution. In, Dred Scott the Supreme Court declared that free blacks could never be Citizens within the meaning of this provision. Chief Justice Taney, speaking for the Court, based his decision on the original understanding of the Constitution, which eternally fixed that document's true meaning.
To answer that question, he canvassed the racial views of white Americans from early colonial times until his day, and concluded that this history “demonstrated beyond cavil that the politically omnipotent white race had always deemed blacks to be inferior; a unique race which, unlike all others, could never be integrated into the American people.”
3. The Civil Rights Act of 1866 was a mistake. Andrew Johnson, a wise man, a great president and a friend of The South vetoed this act but no one heard his God inspired words. But for the passing of this abomination of an Act, which effectively armed slaves, the USA (and thus the world) would be a better place.
The blindly obviousness of the above means that
(a) No catholics get to own guns (Messicants, Italians, etc.) – when the chips are down, they take their orders from Rome, not from God via a Republican President.
(b) No nigras get to own guns.
*A bit obvious but for clarity: ‘Protestants’ here means, “Those who aren’t catholic,” thus including Baptists
** ‘Citizens’ are the free successors to ‘subjects.’Last edited by Ezekiel Bathfire; 05-16-2010, 04:16 PM.

My biggest confusion is over that pesky 19th --We'll actually be coming up on the 100 th anniversary of that one in only 10 years. (Has it only been 100 years since that mistake? It seems as though women have been ruining our country for much longer than that.)Originally posted by Heathen_Basher View PostFriends, as True Christian American Patriots ™, it is our duty to make sure that our blessed constitution is upheld - but only to defend the country the way we want it to be run. Several amendments go against what we believe is correct, therefore they must be ruled unconstitutional, even if they are technically a part of the constitution.
So which of the tricky amendments should go once True Christians retake our nation in 2012?
Should it be that pesky 21st amendment, that legalizes drunken debauchery?
How about that 1st one that allows unsaved trash to shoot off their mouths?
How about the 17th amendment, which tries to make America run as if it were some sort of democracy
Or perhaps the worse amendment of all time, the 19th - allowing brainless WOMEN the right to VOTE. Even Sister Ann Coulter knows that this is an abomination that totally opposes what our Founding FATHERS wanted!
What say you, my fellow Patriots?
Back when Susan B (ulldyke ) Anthony and Elizabeth Crazy Stanton were gettin' folk all riled up about lettin' females vote and all, many godly women responded by reminding us that God made a man and wife one flesh, and that one flesh meant one vote. They predicted the downfall of the family and all that was right with this country and they were right!
The ONLY way we're gonna set things straight is by electing a godly woman like Sarah Palin as our president so she can legislate women back into the kitchen where they belong!
Of course, something like that gets a mite complicated what with the 19th amendment being needed and all that for Sister Sarah to vote, much less be elected President.
Aww, land's sakes Brother, why'd ya haf to go and make my head ache like that?! Now, I gotta go make some sassafrass tea.
Stupidly Yours,
Handmaiden
