But how do you know what his "true" word is? How do you know what to follow and what not to follow? Why don't you follow one of the biggest ones that says to treat everyone equally?

You don't know what words are "true" and which ones aren't.

There is nothing liberal about this. Did I mention I'm a 16 year old kid? I don't watch news programs. I don't pay attention to politics. I'm not a liberal nor do I have liberal thoughts. I'm not slandering the "Holy Book". I'm not slandering anyone. I'm stating that a select few of you Christians pick and choose what you want from the religion and don't follow it in the entirety but claim you do.

And even if I was slandering you, what right do you have to tell me to stop? I'm an atheist and you were slandering me. How is that equal. You're supposed to treat others the way you want to be treated. If you want respect then why would you put down other people?

I clearly state that I do not hate Christians. I clearly state that I know good Christians. Why would I say someone was good if I hated them? I do not hate someone for what religion they follow. I do however dislike how far some people take their religions. I understand entirely dedicating your life to your cause, but just because someone else doesn't agree with it doesn't mean they should be looked down on. Especially on a topic as big as religion.

And no you do not follow the bible exactly as it's written. The bible states that you should
1) Leviticus 19:19 reads, "You are to keep My statutes. You shall not breed together two kinds of your cattle; you shall not sow your field with two kinds of seed, nor wear a garment upon you of two kinds of material mixed together."
No polyster blends should ever be made or worn and I promise you that you have done both.
2)Leviticus 19:27 reads, "You shall not round off the hair on your temples or mar the edges of your beard."

I'm not going deeper and deeper in to this because there's way too much. There's two things that 99.9% of every Christian hasn't followed.

Do you let homosexuals live? Have you never ever done any sort of work on sunday? Have you ever cut your hair? Shaved? Kissed a woman out of wedlock? Those are all things that the bible says not to do.

Don't claim that you follow the bible when there's such simple things stated that you don't follow. You don't follow the bible in it's entirety, only what you wish to.

I show no hate towards Chistrians. I am bothered by the ignorance though. Especially when it's what you base your life off of.

This is why there are so many wars and so many problems in this world. I'm saying it's solely religion that causes this, but it does account for quite a bit. I'm a 16 year old teenager that is more open minded then half of the christian population. Just because I don't have religious beliefs doesn't mean I should be treated differently than any of you. The bible even teaches you to treat other equally. There's no exceptions for anything. Scrutinizing someone for not sharing the same beliefs as you is something they do in communist countries. Maybe a list should be made for all people of any other faith considering they don't believe the same as all of you? Maybe there should be a list of all the Christians since myself and billions of other people don't agree exactly with what you believe in. Grow up and accept the fact that people have brains and don't believe everything you do. There's diversity in the world and there always will be. Punishing someone for not sharing the same religious beliefs as your own (unless the beliefs are radical i.e. killing women, children, or anyone) is entirely wrong and goes against what you as Christians are taught.
I have no problem with any of you or anyone at all being Christians, but when you honestly think that an idea like this is a good one, then there's something wrong. That's even going a bit radical.
I myself have no religious views and that doesn't mean that I follow Satan or that Satan has gotten me. It just means that my mind perceives things in a different way than you. And it's sad to see grown people be so close minded on such a topic. Your religion teaches you to be tolerable and accepting of EVERYONE and a lot of you completely disregard that fact.
