I am completely shocked by some of the hatred that is being poured through this thread; and much of it coming from people who claim to be Christians. Do you honestly think that God is smiling upon you for using racial slurs against your fellow man, using derogatory insulting terms towards others and the like? This is the exact behavior that turns people away from the church in the first place; the absolute hypocrisy of it's members.

You claim to be saved by Jesus and love him, yet you fail to display one of his basic teachings; love. Instead you're filled with absolute hatred towards anyone and anything that isn't right wing, Prodistant, white, and considered 'normal'. Do you think God is more pleased with a hypocrite than someone who is a part of a website?

That is what you are, a congregation that claims to follow the teachings of Christ yet fails to do so in the simplest of ways.

In case you have forgotten, to be a Christian is to follow the teachings of Christ. All who make hateful remarks have failed.

Yes, negative things have happened from members of the site, however it's not the site's fault. The Crusades killed many men, however a religious group is not to blame for the acts of a percentage of them. You shouldn't cast stones if your groups history has blood on their hands.

If you're so upset because of the hatred in the world and violent acts; why not try and spread love, not more hate? That's what Jesus would have done and as Christians it is your duty to carry out his will.

If you don't understand what I'm saying, have responded in hateful messages towards other people, or are writing a hateful response, I must ask you; are you only clinging to Jesus to save your own ass from 'Hell' or are you honestly one of his children?
