Religion is fine, really. It's about beliefs. Which is what our society is based upon. But, we're also built on tolerance and understanding. You have to view both arguments if you wish to understand.

Please show us where the Bible says we should "tolerate" and "understand" those who hate Him.

Hint: It doesn't. It says we should at least reject, and at most utterly destroy, such people.

If all you do is destroy and bastardize another person's beliefs and lifestyle...

. . . then we are following God's Word.

I think you've blown this out of proportion really.

See, there's two views here I can see. There is this sites view, that these people are to be feared and rounded up; put a stop to as it were. But, then there is that Ghost lad's view; to defend his beliefs and his people as they should be seen.

But then again, you have the seem view here. The moment you saw aggression in his speech, you jumped to defend yourselves. I think that's the real basis of this Balance he speaks off. You really both have the same view, just different opinions.

Religion is fine, really. It's about beliefs. Which is what our society is based upon. But, we're also built on tolerance and understanding. You have to view both arguments if you wish to understand. It can't be "Raw raw raw, These people are wrong for all the right reasons raw raw!".. cause that's just dumb.

If all you do is destroy and bastardize another person's beliefs and lifestyle.. then you perpetuate an aura of ignorance and just shame yourselves as well as your associates.

because they went as christians and not PEOPLE, I've been there and all we hear is "god this, and god that, and your going to hell because you don't worship anything" try just going as Nobar King, not Nobar King the Christian and you'll find that we're acutally very nice when we aren't being threatened with "damnation" and "hellfire" we go to Vampire Freaks to escape the chidings of the spiritually blind, so go as a person to have fun and you'll find that your very welcome
