This is no such thing as rape. It's just more lies from the pro-abortion crowd to justify murdering innocent babies. There are unplanned sexual encounters but these are typically caused by harlotry (Brother Old Man Hatchet has spoken at length about this). Folks, I learned something about our sister Sarah Palin today. Back when sister Palin was mayor of that quaint little town, she decided to charge the rape victims for the rape kit that was used by the police on them. I know this is the sort of thing that gets liberals all riled up, but have you ever pondered why a woman might get raped anyway? Perhaps sister Palin's Christian wisdom helped her to realize that some hussies ask for it and shouldn't automatically be given "victim" status? YOUR THOUGHTS???

I can tell you from first-hand experience that Alaska is over-run with floozies who are willing to rub noses with anyone, yet whine the moment a man gives her what she's obviously asking for. For what other reason is Alaska's rape level 2.4 times the national average?

While Mayor of Wasilla, Sarah Palin charged rape-ees for the cost of investigation, which is only fair: it's your fault you got raped, so it should be your responsibility to pay for the investigations.

ANCHORAGE - Gov. Tony Knowles recently signed legislation protecting victims of sexual assault from being billed for tests to collect evidence of the crime, but one local police chief said the new law will further burden taxpayers.

The governor signed House Bill 270, sponsored by Rep. Eric Croft, D-Anchorage, outside the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) exam room at Alaska Regional Hospital. In attendance at the signing were members of victims advocate groups, law enforcement agencies and legislators.

"We would never bill the victim of a burglary for fingerprinting and photographing the crime scene, or for the cost of gathering other evidence", Knowles said. "Nor should we bill rape victims just because the crime scene happens to be their bodies."

While the Alaska State Troopers and most municipal police agencies have covered the cost of exams, which cost between $300 to $1,200 apiece, the Wasilla police department does charge the victims of sexual assault for the tests.

The article even quotes the Police Chief that Sarah Palin hired and promoted:

Wasilla Police Chief Charlie Fannon does not agree with the new legislation, saying the law will require the city and communities to come up with more funds to cover the costs of the forensic exams.

He's got a point: the reason we have government is to pay for necessary things, like indoor ice rinks in Alaska, not pointless things like justice for rapable sluts.
