Our LBC pastors give us guidance on this topic regularly, but it never hurts to pass along advice from wherever. Preacher John Piper from a Baptist church in Minneapolis recently gave advice to husbands on what to do with a quarrelsome wife.
It's a sad thing to witness a wife who does not take instructions from her husband. It is even worse if she argues about the fairness of quality of his instruction.
There is scripture to help husbands. In Ephesians 5:22 God tells us, "Wives, be subject to your husbands, as to the Lord." Husbands need to read this slowly to their wives so there is no misunderstanding about who is in charge.
