The men who God used as tools to write down His Word were moved by the Holy Spirit.

Inspiration is when God takes a blank piece of paper and uses men to write His Word. This is pretty basic stuff I teach 6-year-olds in my youth group.

Can you back your assertion with Scripture? I was under the impression that God appreciates our fear and obedience rather than some vain sense of individuality.

While accepting the Truth of Biblical cosmology is not a "Salvation™ issue", strictly speaking, I have a hard time seeing how someone who refuses to accept God's Word at face value is truly motivated by the Holy Spirit. Sir, I have read the Holy Bible (KJV 1611) several times, and I talk with Jesus multiple times every day. My thoughts, words and deeds are guided by the Holy Spirit. Not once has my analysis of the Bible, my examination of the supposed "evidence" for a spherical earth, or the voice of the Spirit inside me led me to believe in this farce you advocate. Your bucket holds no water, foolish little man.

This is precisely why God warns us about thinking for ourselves.

i am a member of deviantart, and while i never draw artistic nude drawings, i am willing to stand up for it if someone wants to shut it down. (which, will probably never happen by you guys)

I personally agree with her. DeviantArt isnt just a place for people to look up nude pictures of people. Its a place where kids who cant share with the world their art, weather its stories, poems, or drawing, have a chance to show other people what they can do. No one says if you go their you have to look up those pictures, but the fact is some people do and that is THEIR choice. There are many things in the world people do not like, but part of being human is ddealing with it. I do not think weather you go to hevan or hell matters on what you do to express yourself...but on if your soul and heart is in the right place. You say all this stuff about love but all i hear from your side is hate. And for that you should be ashamed. I back up my fellow DA person and hope and pray that one day your minds will not be so shallow and narrow.

I just saw this thread so I held my nose and checked out this disgusting website.

God does not like this stuff. The Bible talks of craftsmen, stonemasons, carpenters, etc. (Exodus 35:35; 2 Chronicles 2:14; 2 Samuel 5:11; Exodus 30:35; Exodus 20:25; etc.) but nowhere does it sanction this crap. I feel like I blasphemed just looking at it. And I strongly advise not looking at the literature section without a readily available airsick bag.

I wonder if this type of "art" so addles the mind after a short time that it explains why such concepts as apostrophes and capital letters have disappeared from Gill92's brain. The KJV has them, why not Gill?

Ok, one thing free and clear from the begginning. Deviantart is a website in which people post ANY art they create, be of the human form, to landscapes and flowers. Ever heard of the old adage "Dont cut your nose off to spite your face"?

And one FINAL thing, was it not said by Jesus Christ HIMSELF to, and I quote, "He that is without sin among you, let him cast the first stone". Let ANYONE here who is perfectly clean, not a blemish on his OR her soul, say what should be torn down and what should be left to stand.

It was also said by Jesus to the adulterous woman, "Go, and SIN NO MORE." Not, "Go, and keep being an adulterous whore." Not, "Go, and only do some little sins here and there." "SIN NO MORE." As in, not at all, ever.

That's what a True Christian™ does. Once we are cleansed of sin, we are no longer able to sin.

But, as for your comment, I suppose that no one who is not a True Christian™ should, in your estimation, be allowed to serve on a jury, or be a police officer or a judge, correct? After all, they are forced to judge who is guilty of breaking the law and deserving of punishment, up to and including death.
