I'm not trying to abdicate responsibility. I understand that it is my choices which affect the fate of my eternal soul. The fact of the matter is if he wanted me to go to heaven I would go to heaven regardless of my choices.

Every single breath you take should be with a view to deserving to be in Heaven instead.

(I'm assuming when you say he doesn't want me to burn in hell you're implying he doesn't want anyone to burn in hell.) regardles of whether I am pre-saved or not the mere fact that there are those who are pre-saved and there are those who are not means that God doesn't want everybody to go to heaven.

God has blinded me to his truth. He can lay it out as plainly as he likes, I won't see it because I've been blinded. This is not the actions of someone who wants me to be in heaven.
