Christian Mingle a Godly Dating Site?

I think this site needs a thorough LBC investigation.

Here is there mission statement. It sounds Godly on the surface and they say registration is free. They claim to offer free registration. Perhaps some of us should register and see what they are really all about. I have my suspicions. I would like to hear what the brothers and sisters of LBC have to say about this.

I have registered as Sarah Pistle as I want one of my daughters to marry on of Pastor Pistle's boys or grandsons.

He returned to heaven to the right hand of the Father, where He is preparing a perfect place for those who receive His gift of salvation. Because of His sinless life, death for the sins of mankind, and His glorious resurrection, Jesus has made the way for men and women to experience forgiveness of sins and live eternally with Him through repentance and receiving by faith the free gift of God found only in Jesus Christ.

I tried to help out I really did. In the middle of filling out that endless questionnaire the love of my life came waltzing in for a surprise visit. She almost always calls before coming over seeing that we live 90 miles apart. I always call her too. She just happened to be in the area. Yeah right 90 miles from her home. Now I am no stranger to talking, double talking, triple talking, back talking, etc. but I was sweating bullets while trying to explain why I was putting in an application for a singles dating website.

To be perfectly honest with you other True Christians(tm), "I'm doing a church related assignment" sounded rather lame even to my ears. I wonder how many bouquets of long stem roses it is going to take for me to buy my way out of this faux pas?

Suddenly I no longer see pie in my immediate future.

And to make matters worse, that place asks more &4%(& questions than the entrance exam to the FBI Academy.

I hope you all can understand why I cannot go undercover with this project.

That is a good catch. And you are correct. If the owner of that site is any kind of Christian, Mr. Sparky is a cafeteria Christian with possibly fuzzy bunny Christianity as a side.

I keep seeing ads for ChristianMingle.com on TV all the time and it gets my hopes up until I remember that they're not Christians, at all.
