Sadly, Christians have always been persecuted whenever we try to spread the love of Jesus to the unsaved heathens. During the Crusades, so many Christians died trying to save the Ragheads from their Satanic religion, but rather than thank us, they still continue to act like we did something wrong. Then the Jews made up that silly Holocaust hoax, rather than show their appreciation to Hitler when he tried to convert them from their evil ways. Even George W Bush (the world's greatest leader ever) has never received the praise he deserves for bringing freedom and democracy to Iraq.
I personally have fought on the front lines for Christ, throwing stink bombs at abortion clinics and plastering the cars of sluts who have abortions with pictures of dead fetuses. But do I hear a "thank you?" And right now, we're bringing our guns to public town hall meetings, in order to save Americans from the evils of socialized medicine - but all I hear from the liberals are scorn and hatred.
Sometimes, I just don't know why we Christians bother. Where is the gratitude?
